    Overall, we had a good experience, but there was a significant gap between the service provided and the company's key selling point. The DJ was incredibly kind and professional, and everyone had a great time. However, a major disappointment was the lack of actual music mixing. The promise of being "pros at mixing music" was what initially sold us. Unfortunately, most songs were played almost fully through instead of being blended, which resulted in many tracks from our requested list being entirely missed or rushed in at the very end. I had expressed my specific concern about mixing to the manager, Rebecca, prior to booking, and she assured me the entire team was capable. While the overall event was a success, the failure to deliver on the fundamental promise of superior music mixing is a disappointing detail when looking back.

    Okyne, and specifically DJ Brad, was AMAZING!! The most common feedback we have been getting from guests at our wedding is how great the DJ was! The company was so wonderful to work with, everything was executed perfectly, and we could not be happier.

    DJ Blake was amazing. His DJ skills were exactly what we were hoping for as he read the room and kept the partying going. His execution of the planned events was perfect. He even surprised us by singing a few songs! We could not be any happier with Blake and only have good things to say! The overall services provided by Okyne were great! They had all the equipment we needed for our wedding. We would certainly reach out again if we were to need DJ services in the future!

    We were thrilled with the services provided by Okyne Medialab, Inc. for our wedding. Shannon, our DJ, was excellent - he was incredibly helpful when we had to make last-minute changes due to the weather, and his professionalism and expertise kept the party going all night long. Shannon read the room perfectly and played all the right songs to keep our guests dancing. I would highly recommend Okyne Medialab, and Shannon in particular, to any couple looking for a fantastic DJ for their wedding.
