To start, Matt was incredibly communicative and responsive during the initial planning stages, promptly responding to e-mails and joining several Zoom calls leading up to our event. We had a vision for our special day and they accommodated each and every one of our requests. On the day of they arrived early and did the necessary prep work to ensure they were fully situated to provide our guests with the night of a lifetime. They took special care to accommodate our unusual first dance request, song recommendations, and the ambiance we sought to instill. We had a wide array of guests and the overwhelmingly consistent feedback we received was that the band was AMAZING. No exaggeration - the majority of our guests said they were the best band they'd ever experienced. If you are getting married or have a special event in their area you will be doing yourselves an immense disservice not to hire them to make your evening as spectacular as you want it to be.”

“Okay brides just book them!!! I wish I could do 200 stars because that’s what they deserve. The amount of people who came up to us through out the night to comment on the music was the most rewarding feeling, because I completely agreed! The combination of live acoustic, with dj is so unique, stood out to everyone, and was worth every penny. The planning process with them was so easy, and they even put my mind at ease by just sharing their insights, while also listening to what we wanted. Joseph perform our first dance song live, which was my favorite part- it wasn’t your typical “slow” song, but we loved it anyways and he really executed it beautifully. We were all in awe of the whole experience. I ALMOST didn’t have them incorporate the live sing a long at the end, but after they described the vibe on our last call I changed my mind and let me say- I’m so glad they did it. One of my friends told me they felt like they were at a concert. We wish we could relive that night over and over again. “Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. “I discovered Randall Garnick Photography back in Fall 2019 when my husband and I were newly engaged and checking out Elm Bank in Wellesley. While discussing services the venue offered, we happened upon a wedding album on a table in the meeting room. As we were flipping through the photos, I was drawn to how beautifully Randy was able to capture this couple in their element. There’s something truly magical about being able to capture candid moments. With what I previewed, I didn’t need to go online to read reviews for Randy to know that I wanted to book him for our wedding. With his warm and inviting personality, working with Randy was truly a delightful experience. We had our engagement photoshoot at deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum, literally a week before the world shut down during the 2020 pandemic. The museum was already shut down to the public, but the sculpture park remained open. Randy really took his time in finding spots in the park to take our shots. But what I loved most about his style and technique was that he didn’t tell us how to pose, as to not create heavily curated photos. Instead, he simply gave us suggestions or a general direction on what we could do, so we had the freedom to act as we pleased and knew Randy would find that perfect candid moment to capture. Our original wedding date was supposed to be in October 2020 but got postponed to October 2021, and Randy was responsive and accommodating to those changes. When our wedding day finally arrived, Randy and his assistant, Wayne, were on their A-game the entire day. They even catered to our silly request in taking photos of us eating our appetizers. Thanks to Randy and Wayne, our wedding day at Elm Bank lives forever through all the beautiful photos that were captured. I can not recommend him enough. Thank you again, Randy and Wayne!”

She worked within our budget to make our vision come to life. The flowers were stunning, and Jessica was a pleasure to work with. She was prompt with communication and so helpful the day of the wedding. Our friends and family can’t stop talking about how beautiful the florals were and pictures can’t even do them justice.”

“From the moment we first reached out to the Kimpton Marlowe Hotel, Rachel and her team were quick to respond, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the venue and wedding planning process. Their communication was top-notch, and they were so patient with us as we worked to finalize the details for our special day. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful - spacious and elegant, with ample room for our guests to mingle and celebrate. Rachel provided excellent suggestions to help execute our vision without changing the core of what we wanted. We were admittedly a bit unprepared at times, but Rachel was there every step of the way to guide us. “Had the best experience having our wedding at Pagu! From start to finish, it was great working with the team, Chris & Amanda! We emailed countless questions leading up to the day and they were always great in getting things answered and problem solving as needed. They have worked on many weddings and it shows why people continue to choose them. We had a wedding of about 60 guests and the space had more than enough room. We were able to utilize the patio space as well to get air when needed and so it was great to be able to spread out so comfortably. They could easily handle a larger wedding though as we originally were looking at higher numbers when we started. While your wedding day is overwhelming and you don't often get time to eat, the team made sure to bring us food on their upstairs balcony where we could hide out after our ceremony to eat and get a little quiet time away from guests. They also made sure to package anything we didn't eat (and the many leftover desserts that I overordered on from an outside source) for us to pick up the next day. We were so grateful for this and the food was still great as leftovers--truly! Their service is truly unmatched and they also are great in handling food restrictions/allergies--guests specifically noted this! They brought out smaller portions for those guests when needed so they still had enough options. We are still getting compliments on the food and drinks as well as atmosphere. We can't wait to celebrate many anniversaries eating dinner here too as the food is what absolutely sold us. We especially enjoyed getting to make our own cocktails which guests also raved about.”

“Hire Tracy!!! She is an absolute dream to work with. From our first meeting, she was sweet, detailed, and genuinely wanted us to be happy. We put a lot of trust in her since we know nothing about florals, shared some inspiration, and she ran with it and exceeded every expectation. The colors and arrangements were stunning, especially our ceremony backdrop pieces, which popped beautifully in photos, they made every shot glow and brought so much life to our pictures. So many of our guests keep telling us how amazing our flowers were. Her attention to detail extended to everything, from the adorable bud vases she used for smaller arrangements, the wrap on the bouquets, to the unique boutonnieres. Tracy was super responsive throughout the process, offered ways for us to be involved if we wanted, and went above and beyond to make everything look incredible. I would hire her in a heartbeat for any future event, she made our flowers unforgettable!”

“Lizzie was so great to work with! She had so much flexibility on flavors and decorations so we could tailor the flavors and design to be what we wanted. Her tasting boxes were great. We could try a few every month and really take time to decide what we wanted. She was great with handling allergies too! The cupcakes were beautiful and Lizzie did a phenomenal job setting up our dessert table. We will definitely be coming back for future events!”
