During my first meeting with Maya, they put me completely at ease and walked me through the process, their photography philosophy, figured out what my spouse and I would/wouldn’t like in our photos, and even helped us get a sense of how our day’s timeline would go. Since we planned the entire wedding ourselves, their help even from this first meeting was invaluable. Maya and their partner the day-of were an absolute blast to have at the event. Even the usual stiff family formal photos felt fun and organic with their guidance, and they were always up for impromptu shots and suggestions. They make sure that their work is organic, dynamic, and really captures the essence of the couple’s relationship. “If you are still unsure about selecting Loyalty Entertainment for your special day- direct your attention to this review!! I met Loyal and Nicole in person pre-COVID and they presented all of their offerings to me and my parents. We knew it was the right decision immediately due to our personalities vibing, their professionalism, and their level of experience. We ended up selecting the Diamond DJ package with DJ Loyal, the Diamond Photography package with Anne (I love her forever), and the Gold Videography package with Craig. I left the meeting knowing that they would help make our wedding perfect. Fast forward to COVID and quarantining, I texted Nicole nervously, almost weekly, during the few months of quarantine. She was EXTREMELY supportive- like family member supportive. We had to downsize and switch venues due to restrictions, but one thing she told me that resonated was “No matter how many people you have at your wedding, Loyal will do his thing and it will be great”. Y’ALL- I didn’t know when Nicole said it would be great that it would literally EXCEED every single one of our expectations! It has been almost 2 weeks since our wedding and our guests are still telling us how incredible our DJ was and that if they ever need a DJ they will hit me up for Loyal’s contact information. The hype is REAL! I wanted a “club vibe” with “clean trap” and it was SOOO FUN. Everyone was on the dance floor for over 3 hours. Loyal read the room incredibly well. He took my song suggestions and amplified the vibe by mixing songs together that made the crowd wild…I mean Mariah Carey into Soulja Boy?! I’m still talking about that incredible transition, and I know my guests are too! The up-lighting in the room with the Diamond DJ package, and the dancing on a cloud first dance were show stoppers. The first dance was such a special moment and I am so thankful that Anne, Ashley, and Craig captured it, so that we can go back and relive it whenever we want! I need to hype up Anne…she was PHENOMENAL! From our engagement shoot, to our wedding day. Anne took the time to get to know us and our families. On wedding day, she was on a first-name basis with all family members- calling out specific names during photo moments to both adhere to our timeline and shot list with ease. She helped inspire a ton of cool photo opportunities- including dip shots that are now printed on canvas around our home. We have received an overwhelming amount of compliments on how beautiful our wedding photos are and we could not be more grateful! Anne and Ashley were a dream team behind the lens. The 7 day turnaround time with the Diamond package really helped me, as a bride, not worry about my phone on wedding day, knowing that all of the photos would be in my inbox just a few days later. I hope that as our family grows, Anne can help us capture more special moments! Anne and Craig (photographer and videographer) worked together flawlessly. They were fabulous partners who quite literally made magic happen. I wish I could do it all over again just to hang out with Loyal and the whole Loyalty crew again!! I love how they really captured the moments of our wedding day and the pictures couldn't have turned out more perfectly. We did some staged photos such as family, bridal party, etc., but some of the best pictures that came out were the ones that weren't staged and Ryan and Kate caught in the moment. Ryan stayed with the guys before the ceremony and got a lot of great shots of the groomsmen and fathers getting ready. Kate stayed with the ladies and caught a lot of great moments of the bridesmaids and mothers getting ready. I never felt awkward taking any of the photos and you barely even noticed they were there at times! They were with us from getting ready until the end of the reception so they caught the entire day and I couldn't be happier. They really take the time to get great shots and make sure the day is captured in the fullest. From the very beginning of hiring her she was available and communicative and listened to all our needs and wants for our pictures and at the end they were perfect! She was even adaptable to parts of the wedding that were a surprise to our guests and we forgot to inform her that they were happing and she was able to capture those moments! She sent us a little preview of our pictures right away for us to enjoy as she worked on the others. I as the bride also had a slight issue with how my hair turned out and though most people wouldn’t have noticed, to me it was a huge deal and she was able to edit out the hair in the pictures to make it exactly how I wanted! So many times when I present a collection of images to a couple they'll find themselves overwhelmed with emotion. I've thought a lot about this and believe it's because so much happens so fast on a wedding day that your mind can only process a certain amount in the moment. When you see those authentic images that tell your story all of the information that your mind stored during your wedding is released. It's amazing how powerful images are.
