When i say you NEED Keyta I mean it!!! She went above and beyond to make my wedding day smooth and beautiful. When i was worried my sister (who’s pregnant) wouldn’t be able to bend down to fix my long train and cathedral length veil, Keyta offered to come to one of my dress fitting appts to look at my dress and veil so she’d be prepared to step in if she needed to. She stayed in constant contact with my vendors and ensured we were all on the same page in order to have a smooth successful day. As the day got closer i started to become overwhelmed. she immediately took on anything i needed help with (looked up clerks office and provided address and phone number for our marriage license, last minute recommendations like clear umbrellas, isle runners, extra tents, ect in case it rained). Her bride and groom checklist helped keep us on track and ensured we got everything done that we needed to. On the day of, she let me use her mirror that she used on her wedding day for my flat lay detail pictures. She came prepared with a curling iron for touch ups!! I expressed my vision of having a flower wall that I didn’t have time to coordinate and Keyta made it happen! Having her by my side made me feel so at ease and i couldn’t imagine my day without her!! I’m forever grateful for Keyta.

Victoria, Danielle and Kyle can solve and will solve absolutely anything that comes up on the big day and all the days leading up. I was a bride on a budget so was unsure if I "needed" a planner. Let me tell you, you do, and you freaking deserve it. No matter how much you plan you WILL need her. Every question, she has the answer and the 4 weeks leading up to your wedding are insane, so the fact that she coordinated all the communication with vendors legit saved my job. Day of, she and her squad showed up with a legit Mary Poppins bag of anything you would need day of. From safety pins to foot numbing spray to q tips. Because all of the reviews of planners on this site are glowing and positive, which makes it hard to choose, let me list out what she did for me as she was actually a super woman planner. 1. On my way to the church I realized I didn't have my veil. I gave her a call, she picked up on the first ring and didn't even bother to ask me where it was all she said was "no problem"! She sped back to venue and retrieved it and made it back to the church right on time. 2. After a sunshine filled week nothing short of an actual cyclone descended on my wedding day. I was determined to make my boardwalk pics happen (despite that legit never being possible). As I looked at my frigid bridesmaids I couldn't hold it in and the full sob occurred. We relocated into the venue and I was shocked to find my venue 100% set up 2 hours early and it looked absolutely stunning. Victoria had foreseen this inevitability and saved my day. 3. Oh and about the full sob, she was there with a large glass of Chardonnay, the perfect shade of Dior lip gloss and a beauty blender to patch me back together after. 4. The entire day went on exactly as planned per the timeline bc she was there! Ladies, your not going to be wearing your Apple Watch on your wedding day and you are going to be so emotional you don't deserve to be thinking about what's next. 5. We forgot my MIL favorite bottle of wine at my dads house, Danielle zoomed to his house, got in using a hidden key, retrieved it and showed up and handed it to me drenched from the rain. 6. After my wedding day when I felt guilty for having social anxiety the day of she was so supportive and honest in telling me all my feelings were 100% normal and don't trust everything you see on instagram (many brides are unprepared for 300 eyes on them). Last thing, unlike some NJ planners that only do weddings over 100k, she isn't like that AT ALL. The best planners can work with any budget, and Victoria is actually THE BEST.

Desiree’ Wolf with Devoted Wolf Events was our day of coordinator and also did amazing design work for our wedding at Hotel LBI. We loved working with her and are so happy with how it all turned out. She kept us on track during planning, provided insight and support along the way, was responsive and so kind and easy to work with. She took our abstract visions for how we wanted our wedding to look and made them a reality, including joining meetings with our florist and collaborating closely with her, which was essential the look we were going for. On the day of the wedding, Desiree’ and her team made sure we had everything we needed and executed our vision perfectly. They worked really well with all our vendors. We felt like Desiree’ was just as excited for our wedding as we were! Desiree’s design work was incredible. I loved that her pricing model allowed us to add on installations for some of the big ideas we had, such as the attached EPIC escort display and guestbook (see photos!).

Hiring greenhouse events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Angel was amazing! I had great vibe from the very first intro phone call and knew I wanted her there on the big day! She really made a world of a difference in our planning process and built the foundation of our day. She came to our rehearsal the night before and was so helpful! Day of she was amazing make sure everything was running smoothly despite hiccups from other vendors she really helped pull it all together. Highly recommend!! She helped wrangle my nephew the ring bearer to get him down the aisle! She went above and beyond packing everything up and getting it safely to our hotel room. So very much appreciated. Where to even begin! Hiring Evviva studios for our wedding was the easiest decision yet! Amalia truly blew us away from day 1 - she created custom dinner invites for us based on my inspiration photos. She sent over multiple proofs of her one-of-a-kind digital designs until it was perfectly done. I never had to reach out to her - Amalia was on top of my deadlines and full of ideas for my dream night! Her communication is excellent. My husband and I picked a venue in Scotch Plains, NJ to host our dinner. The restaurant offered private, charming rooms for special events. Amalia contacted the venue and worked out all the fine details of setup - I truly did not have to lift a finger! I shared my ideas & inspirations with Amalia for how I imagined the dinner to look. I knew I wanted to keep the wildflower color scheme of my bouquet in the details. However, I let her know I was very open to letting her take the lead in designing the setup. I am not a type-A person or planner, so I was grateful she stepped up and let her creativity flow. As seen in attached photos, Amalia designed our dream wedding night dinner! My husband and I arrived before our guests and were blown away with the ambiance and warmth of the room. Amalia designed custom welcome notes, name cards and signage for us that matched our initial invites. She embedded special details such as mini figurines of our beloved lab and pug, and printed framed a photo I sent earlier in the day of my courthouse ceremony! She and her wife, Jenna, handmade flower bouquets for the table and lit beautiful hand-painted candles in the center. She even designed thank you cards/ keepsake magnets on plantable paper for our guests. Amalia is a dream to work with - her passion for weddings & design is so evident! She is compassionate and professional- I had a truly seamless experience with her. I am forever grateful to Amalia for planning my wedding night dinner - an evening my husband and I will cherish forever. We are considering a vow renewal or more traditional wedding in a few years, and without hesitation look forward to hiring Amalia again!

I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her. My friend was hired to construct the wedding cake by Abibi Bridal because Abibi Bridal was booked as the wedding planner for the wedding. I was observing how Abbe was working with the vendors and the wedding party, and I was instantly impressed. I walked up to Abbe and told her; I am getting married next year, and I am going to book you to plan my wedding. Abbe said of course! I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what vendors would work great with the vision I had. Abbe knows all the best vendors and has great relationships with so many amazing vendors, that you know the vendors will execute not only because they are dedicated to their craft, because of their relationship with Abbe and Abibi Bridal. Now let’s fast forward to the day before the wedding, Abbe and her team came down from Boston, and from the moment Abbe and her team arrived until the end of the wedding the following day, Abbe and her team were all hands on deck! When I say the level of professionalism Abbe and her team had is unmatched compared to other wedding planning teams I heard about. She was a shield from all the stress, questions, unsolicited advice, and energy that was heading my way. Words honestly cannot describe what Abbe and her team did for my wedding.
