I can’t tell you how happy I am that I found Amalia and Jenna from butterfly effect weddings!! I purchased the Day-Of Coordinator service, hoping that I’d be able to take the decorating, last minute organization, and vendor communication off my plate after everything was planned and booked. But these two experts did this, and SO much more. They helped create and edit the whole wedding timeline, took over communication with vendors starting 7 days BEFORE the wedding, put together my very complicated favor table without a hitch, offered to create signage, ran the music for our ceremony and cocktail hours, and they even did a last minute transport of my wedding bouquets and boutonierres because they were delivered to the wrong building. But most importantly, they made me feel like I could relax and fully enjoy the busy wedding day, and be super present with all my guests, family, friends, and husband. Lindsay with Mostest was AMAZING! She helped us tremendously when the event planner for the Charleston Princess quit just a few weeks before my daughter’s wedding. There were many obstacles to navigate including not being able to board the vessel to set up and decorate until 2 hours before guests would begin boarding. Lindsay single handedly transported a car load of personalized details, decorations, party favors, bar items, extra linens, numerous picture frames and a huge Charleston Harbor nautical chart that served as the guest book. She had to take several trips from her car down a very long pier to get to the boat and set it all up in such a short time span. She managed it all beautifully! The timeline she created was amazing and we were actually a bit ahead of schedule prior to the ceremony. This gave us all some time to relax while sweet Lindsay was preparing for all of our guests to arrive. After the reception, Lindsay stayed on board and began packing up all of our special items carefully. We returned to the vessel after sending the bride and groom off, to find that she had managed to pack most of our items without our help. I can’t say enough about all that she did for us, especially with all of the hiccups and stresses we faced the last few weeks. She handled everything with such grace and poise! This MOB was quite stressed with the adversity we were facing that was out of our control and Lindsay smoothed everything out!! I can’t say enough about her!! We hired Sarah for her services roughly a year out from our wedding. From the start, Sarah was extremely responsive and helped answer all my questions. During this time, we had selected a majority of our vendors but we needed Sarah's expertise in organizing our long to-do list, logistics and design ideas. A majority of our guests were traveling to our wedding so the logistics of how the weekend looked was very important to us as a couple. Sarah seamlessly was able to put together a plan to ensure that we were thinking of every detail needed to get our guests from point A to point B and back. We hired Rebecca as our month-of wedding coordinator and she exceeded all of our expectations. Angie is amazing. We had a multi cultural indoor outdoor wedding that had a lot of moving pieces.The lead up and planning meetings kept us at ease and on track. Angie got our vision immediately and found us THE best vendors. After. Our wedding we received an overwhelming amount of feedback from our wedding on the details from little to big. Our music was amazing and kept the party going. Angie didnt just plan A wedding we had two ceremony’s,3 dress changes, and 3 different locations for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We were able to actually enjoy and be present during our wedding. We felt like guests and not just an overwhelmed couple trying to get everything done. She created a day of timeline that was concise and effective. She’s easy to work with and hands down was the best decision we made.
