“Background of Our Wedding: Our wedding was in early April 2024 in San Luis Obispo, CA with a bit less than 40 guests. However, a big challenge was that we had our Ceremony venue at a different location than the Reception venue. We really needed a coordinator that wouldn’t shy from this challenge. Booking & Before the Month-of: We found Tiffany on Zola & booked her almost right away. Tiffany was very transparent with pricing and expectations of service. She was ready to answer any questions we had. If you feel like you’re unsure what you’re looking for, she has an answer for you or at least help guide you to know what you might want for your big day. It is a big plus that her website with the booking process was easy and straightforward. We got Tiffany for Month-of Coordination but it feels like she was with us along the way of the almost-a-year planning process. The Month-of: This is when you will be working with Tiffany the most! I enjoyed every single meeting, phone calls, and brief texts with her. Meeting with Tiffany helps me pull together our vision much better day by day. She helped me believe that we could achieve it all. Since we’re from out of town, she made sure that we’d meet up whenever we could to ensure everything would be in place for the big day. The Rehearsal: Tiffany was indeed the first one to be at the venue with our binder printed out. (I most definitely forgot to print my binder for her.) She greeted all of my wedding party with the most warm welcome, which we appreciated very much and felt very comfortable working with her. We had specific requests on timing of the processional and she made it work! After the rehearsal, we definitely felt that we were very ready for the big day. The Day-of: It’s time for you to let go. Because I promise you, Tiffany and her awesome team got it! I saw her the morning of & I felt so calm because I knew Tiffany was going to perform her magic for us. Tiffany’s team magically set up our Ceremony Venue in just an hour. By the time I arrived at the venue, things were already in place & neat. It was a great feeling to see your vision coming alive. I remember I was able to just toss my car key to Tiffany’s team member & they immediately understood what I needed. Everything from then on was just very on-schedule and beautiful. Tiffany dealt with our families with the uttermost grace and patience. There was nobody I’d trust more than her to carry out our day. I did not have to worry about anything. We just enjoyed our day the most. The End: Tiffany somehow packed up everything neatly for us and even some of our vendors - like a fairy godmother. She sent us a long text of where things were and even returned things for us to our vendors. Exactly what we needed! Made our day-after MUCH better. “Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. “Natalie is the sweetest, most detail oriented wedding planner I’ve ever met!!! Her and her husband Daniel make such a great team. Along with Lead Production Designer Brendan, Assistant Luke, Production Assistant Caterina, and her whole Production team, they all contributed significantly to my big wedding day! From the moment we started working with Natalie at our first initial call, we felt an instant sigh of relief that we were able to work with someone who understood our vision. Natalie was able to build mood boards and decks of beautiful inspiration photos after describing to her how we wanted our wedding to look and feel. She worked with us as a partial wedding planner, although we truly wished we found her from the start to book her as a full wedding planner! With every decision that needed to be made along the process (whether it was deciding to spend more on an item or cut back on other items) she always made sure to lay out ALL the options, which helped us make an informed decision. “Events by Angela Monique (with her team of 3) was our wedding planner, and we were pleased with their service. Their communication style summarized conversations, was direct, and inquisitive to vendors, primarily through email, and they were assertive in keeping us on track. The quality of their work was comprehensive, detailed, and particular. They did an excellent job setting up and tearing down all of the decorations, and their day-of coordination was flawless, though the pre-planning process was a bit stressful due to some misalignment between their vision and ours. Overall, Angela Monique was a brilliant day-of coordinator, flexible with travel fees, and provided us with a bonus video of the event photos.”

“I have to agree with every one of these 5-star reviews for Kari and Feathered Arrow! My husband and I talked to several planners before signing with Kari and it's by far the best decision we made for our day. With two very different ceremonies in one day, in one venue, with almost two hundred guests several other vendors and their teams, there was a *lot* to coordinate. Kari was at the center ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. We had monthly scheduled check-ins with her to discuss progress as we neared the wedding day and I never felt rushed or stressed. With our particular venue, we needed to bring in everything from outside vendors - lunch, dinner, snacks, cakes, drinks, stage, flowers, chairs, every plate, fork, and cup. It was a huge effort to coordinate everything and Kari made things seamless and smooth every step of the way. After hearing of so many wedding difficulties from friends, I asked that my husband and I, and our families, be able to enjoy the day without being the ones to be contacted with any hiccups and we were able to do so throughout the whole wedding. Partnering with Kari was by far the best decision we made for ourselves when it came to our wedding. I recommend her to every single couple thinking about holding a wedding.
