I am a lifetime Central Coast resident, born and raised in Templeton. I have spent most of my career in the hospitality industry. It wasn't until I started a job in catering management that I realized I had a passion for weddings. I continued doing catering management for 2 years, and then I started assisting all of my favorite wedding planners for 2 years. Most recently I landed job in Venue management and that is when I knew I wanted my own wedding planning business. In my free time I love to go hiking, lift weights and spend time with my family, including our 4 rescue pups. I look forward to meeting you!

I do not have a "that's not my job" mentality and nor will I work with people who have that. The wedding day is all about teamwork and making everything happen together. Also, I love to help every step of the way no matter what I am hired for.

My full service planning includes a complimentary 1 hour consultation to understand your vision, preference and overall style. Help with creating your wedding budget and timeline. Vendor recommendations, contacting and negotiating with vendors, and coordinating with all vendors to ensure a perfect wedding day. Rehearsal coordination, full on-site coordination day of, and post wedding follow up.

Complimentary 1 hour consultation to understand your current planning status and overall vision. Review any existing contracts, decisions and plans made so far. Vendor recommendation and assistance. Coordination with all contracted vendors. Wedding timeline and checklist. Create detailed wedding day timeline, and weekly or bi-weekly check-ins to ensure you are on track.

This package is perfect for a couple who wants to wants to be fully hands on up until 3 months of the wedding day. That is where I come in and tie up any loosed ends and put the perfecting touches on.

    Sara Elizabeth Events was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, her communication style was insightful, clear, empathetic, consistent, and reliable - she truly listened to our needs and vision. The quality of her work was fantastic, with great attention to detail and consistent, high-quality service throughout the planning process.
