    We got married at Elliston Vineyards in May 2025, and I honestly can’t imagine our day without Athena. From the start, I knew I wanted to work with her. I found her on Instagram, and after seeing how much her brides loved her (and how stunning their weddings turned out), I reached out. She responded with so much warmth and energy, and from that first message, it felt like I was chatting with a friend. Athena is full of life, detail-oriented, and brings such a fun and vibrant energy to the planning process. Every call with her felt upbeat, productive, and comforting all at once. She made sure we were on track with everything! Our ducks were in a row, every “i” was dotted, and every “t” was crossed. She caught things I would’ve completely missed and kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes. At our rehearsal, she was super professional and kept everything moving with ease and grace and on the actual wedding day, she was truly a ninja. Somehow everywhere at once, making sure everything flowed seamlessly from ceremony to reception. One sweet moment that really stuck with me: I was super sleepy the morning of the wedding (it was an early start!), and without hesitation, Athena offered me her own coffee. That little gesture perfectly sums up how thoughtful and attentive she is. She genuinely cares. Our wedding turned out even more beautiful than we imagined, and so much of that was because of Athena.     Working with Athena was truly a pleasure from start to finish. She is an exceptional planner who brings clarity, organization, and energy to every part of the day. The timeline she provided was clear and well thought out, leaving no room for confusion. She kept us in the loop with any updates or special requests from the couple, which made the entire process seamless. What we appreciated most was how she structured the day in a way that allowed everything to flow smoothly without ever feeling rushed or overwhelming for both the couple and us as the photo and video team.     Athena was a true gem to work with. She was patient, personable, professional, and responsive and super organized and on top of the various details in our wedding. She made planning very easy by providing her insights and expertise on the myriad of details that go into wedding planning and expertly handled communications with our vendors. She was our coordinator as well on the day of and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were doing ok, staying hydrated and eating enough. She was a superb captain of the ship making sure that everything was running smoothly and on time. And she went truly above and beyond in executing our vision for the day. We loved working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to hire a planner who genuinely loves her job and the couple she works with.
