My fiancee and I, as well as several members of our wedding party, have not stopped talking about how great she was since our wedding a couple weeks ago. Sasha did our photos for both our engagement shoot and our wedding. When we started wedding planning, it was important to us to hire vendors who not only aligned with a product we wanted and our price range, but also who were kind, good people we'd want to spend our wedding day with. Some vendors fell short, but Sasha made up for it and then some. First of all, Sasha is EXTREMELY talented. She really captures your essence in her work and several people commented to me that they could "feel" our wedding and emotions through our photos. Sasha was exactly the person I needed to be with to help ground and calm the energy of everything when it otherwise felt chaotic. She is cool as a cucumber under pressure, kind to every single person she meets, carries such a positive energy, and is a true professional at pivoting/troubleshooting when something goes wrong. She's also a quiet leader who will help keep your wedding running smoothly, pay attention to your timeline, etc. We had a giant wedding party and she somehow corralled people very quickly to get all the group shots we requested, so that I never had to think about it. On the wedding day, as others have said, she was somehow everywhere, but in the least obstructive way possible. I didn't even notice her during the reception or ceremony yet somehow she captured amazing pictures from lots of amazing angles. Leading up to the wedding, Sasha was a delight to work with. She was VERY responsive and willing to meet with us both over the phone and in person. She took the time to do a walk-through of our venue with us, which put me at ease to scope out where we'd take pictures. She even hopped on a Zoom call with us while on her vacation the week before our wedding. Last but not least, Sasha got us our engagement pictures AND our wedding gallery preview much faster than anticipated! If I sound slightly crazed in my obsession for Sasha, it's because I am lol. We did an engagement shoot with Scott prior and it really helped us get comfortable in front of the camera leading up to the wedding, our photos from both sessions came out awesome. Scott was ever present at our reception, seemingly everywhere at once (getting wonderful candids of almost every guest interaction) and also totally unobtrusive and respectful of the time we wanted to spend with our friends and family. I never felt like he was in the way or keeping me from something else I wanted to be doing while snapping pictures. Our photos have a fun creative flare to the poses and composition and will look great in a frame or album.”
