Also, Amanda was wonderful at communicating, flexible when the forecast threatened to ruin our engagement shoot, and helped reassure us and pivot when we had inclement weather on our wedding day (even capitalizing on it and getting an amazing shot with a rainbow). On the day-of she brought a calm chill vibe and was great at capturing candid moments as well as moving people/arranging group shots without being bossy or invasive. As a same-gender couple, Amanda was great to work with- she used inclusive language, was affirming and sensitive asking about our family's involvement/support, and also made sure to learn/ask about our respective cultures (we're Indian/Jewish) to make sure she captured what was most important to us.
