Forestville Winery and Event Center encompasses 17 acres of beauty and serenity. 2025 marks our seventh season hosting events and memories to guests from all over the world. Our Event building has undergone major renovation. The climate controlled space features spacious room for 150 guests in a “country elegant” décor. The building features a Bride’s suite with full bathroom and private patio. Also inside is a wine and beer service area, a catering kitchen, a food serving area, a stage for Musicians and spacious restrooms, Most Ceremonies are held outside near the Vineyard, weather permitting. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the Ceremonies can be held under our Event tent. The Forestville property is also home to a completely renovated one room School constructed in 1897 and used as a school until 1964. The School building houses our wine and beer tasting room and also the Groom’s Suite for weddings.

We are a Catering Company and have provided food several Weddings at Forestville. The staff is easy to work with and very professional. On one occasion we had two employees call in sick and the Forestville team jumped right in and helped us with service. We highly recommend them for any type of Event.

My wife and I had just the most delightful wedding this past New Year's Eve at the St. James Hotel! The venue was immaculate and looked so perfect in all its holiday splendor for a big winter party. We took advantage of multiple spaces over the course of our wedding week, including the Port speakeasy, the Historic Lobby, and the breathtaking Summit Room--each of which provided a unique and memorable backdrop for our festivities. The service we received from the staff at the St. James was second-to-none! Shelly and her team were responsive, communicative, and able to help with all of our numerous questions. In fact, we were so well taken care of by the St. James team, that we did not even need to hire a wedding planner and we were still able to have a perfect ceremony and reception. The food and cake also exceeded all of our expectations and were the cherry on top of a perfect wedding venue experience. We would recommend the St. James to any couple looking for a convenient and affordable wedding venue for a large wedding near the Twin Cities, but especially to any couple planning a New Year's Eve wedding--the hotel is the perfect combination of elegant and spacious to throw a perfect party to ring in the new year.

From the moment we first toured the Skyroom we fell in love. Red Wing is a cute, historic town with a lot to offer for out of town guests. The golf course itself is lovely and the venue is breathtaking. Carlee and the other staff were attentive, kind, and truly cared about making our special day perfect. We were blessed with a gorgeous sunset and our guests couldn't stop raving about the location we picked for our wedding. If you want a memorable, amazing day - book the Skyroom!!! PS Definitely book the Walsh House if it's available. It was so nice to stay close to the venue and have the beautiful space for us to get ready in.

I've photographed numerous weddings at this loft style venue. It has great views day and night! The staff has their stuff together and make it easy to be here. It's a quick walk to Mears Park, which is a beautiful spot with some greenery to take photos.

The place itself required little decor as the bricks and natural elements were so cute! The space layout was great for people to enjoy food, dancing, and convenient to move between the ceremony and reception! And the rooftop photos were such as unique experience and a way to have a private moment as a couple! 10/10

Words cannot describe what an amazing experience it was to get married at Mendakota Country Club! Adena and the entire Mendakota staff made everything run seamlessly, and I received so many compliments after our wedding about how kind and helpful all of the staff members were. Adena was amazing throughout the planning process. As a bride without a wedding planner and planning from out of state, I had endless questions that Adena answered quickly and graciously. The country club was absolutely gorgeous, and it was so nice to get ready, have the ceremony, and host the reception all in one place. Many venues require additional planning from outside catering, so hiring Mendakota for all food and alcohol made the process so much less stressful. Adena helped us set up sunset photos after dinner, and those are some of my favorite photos that we took out on the golf course. I am so grateful for Mendakota's hospitality to help make our wedding day so beautiful and memorable and would recommend the venue to anyone planning a wedding!

The team at Summit Manor was a dream to work with for our wedding. Their communication was always timely, thorough, and proactive, putting us at ease throughout the planning process. The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous - a stunning outdoor space that our guests loved, and a timeless interior that had made for truly breathtaking work of art photos. We had our September wedding aboard the Magnolia Blossom. Captain Dan and his crew were absolutely amazing to work with and went above and beyond. Tamara even helped me bustle my dress when we couldn't figure out how to do it. There are lots of areas for photos, on the river, the dock, in the marina, and at the park, just a short walk from the Marina. We had a lot of compliments from our guests on how unique our wedding was, oh, and the food was amazing as well! I would 100% recommend Magnolia Blossom Cruises to any couple looking for a riverboat cruise wedding!

Glass House is a unique event space in the North Loop of Minneapolis located inside the facility of Hennepin Made, a local company founded in 2011 drawing on traditional glassblowing techniques to craft hand-blown accents that blur the line between everyday object and modern art. The space’s original concrete floors, cinderblock walls, and steel beam construction have been re ned and accentuated by modern elements to create a beautiful backdrop that blends past and present. Our building at 147 Holden Street was constructed in 1955 as a glass warehouse and mirror manufacturing plant for the Ford McNutt Company. Hennepin Made acquired the property in 2016 from Brinn Glass in order to expand their operations and grow their vision to connect people through craft. Thus, Parallel Cafe + Holden Room were created.

The team at Glass House was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication was timely and they were highly accountable, ensuring a smooth planning process. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with an aesthetic that perfectly fit our vision. They were also flexible in the required minimum charges, layout and flow of our smaller guest count. The transition between rooms went seamlessly, and the bar service was well-organized. While the staff may have been a bit too casual, and it was unclear who our dedicated day-of contact and security were, overall Glass House provided excellent value and contributed greatly to making our special day a huge success.

We include a two-room suite for the Bride & Groom the night of the Reception, we have a Banquet Manager that runs the event from beginning to end, we set up and tear down all the decorations, all the linens, tables and chairs are included (we will add our chair covers for $2 each) and we include uplighting in the room.
