Wedding Review
When touring Le Veneré the team sold us on the “everything is done in house to provide quick and painless wedding planning” idea. Once we booked and began the wedding planning process it became apparent that no one actually worked in the house. When calling it went straight to voicemail. When emailing it went unanswered. When someone finally did contact us we were met with rude, abrasive, and demeaning attitudes. Throughout our wedding planning process we felt looked over and disrespected by multiple staff members at Le Veneré. In addition to that, the finance team made the whole process extremely stressful. In our contract we had multiple dates where payments were to be made. Finance never had the invoices to us on time. When the invoices did finally come, weeks after the dates both parties had agreed upon, they were accompanied by threatening voicemails saying if we did not pay immediately our event would be cancelled. And when I say the calls accompanied the invoices I mean we would receive both within the same hour. All in all, our wedding at Le Veneré was beautiful, I’ll give them that. But you could book elsewhere and have a beautiful wedding at a place where people care about you, treat you with respect, and hold up their end of the contract.
Very Beauty & The Beast/Speakeasy Vibe!!
413 on Wacouta is such an amazing venue and it was perfect for our wedding! The building has so much character we really didn’t need to do a ton of extra decorating and just let the spaces shine. It has a very Beauty and the Beast, speakeasy vibe which made for a beautiful and romantic setting. We had a little over 100 people which I felt fit the space well. Victoria is so much fun and was really wonderful to work with also! She sent photos and videos she had taken throughout the day and was such an asset in ensuring our day was special and ran smoothly. 10/10 I highly recommend if you are looking for an intimate, romantic downtown setting with a ton of charm!
Best day ever!!
We had our wedding here and it was the best day ever! The coordinator, Victoria, was a dream to work with! She was responsive, helpful, and helped make our day go so smoothly! The place itself required little decor as the bricks and natural elements were so cute! The space layout was great for people to enjoy food, dancing, and convenient to move between the ceremony and reception! And the rooftop photos were such as unique experience and a way to have a private moment as a couple! 10/10
Beautiful Downtown Building Venue
This venue and the team that works there are fantastic! Communication was clear and timely with the team. The venue itself is gorgeous and does not need many decorations. Not to mention the multiple places you can get photos taken nearby and in the building. We got married here in October and it was perfect! Highly recommend for a wedding or any larger event you would host!
