The expansive estate features the majestic 1920's Felt Mansion, the Rustic Carriage house, and the quaint Chapel at Shore Acres. All around this beautiful architecture are carefully manicured grounds, a grotto, and lush gardens. The Felt Mansion boasts modern amenities, seasonal tents, and optional overnight accommodations. Welcome to a little oasis we call DayDreamer Domes. Our family rescued the historic South Haven Country Club and has been diligently converting the space into Michigan's first Geodesic Dome Resort. We have 150 acres to stay and play on, and have installed 20,000 astro turf area with a heated pool, and cabanas, a 5000 sq foot clubhouse with bridal area, a spa, a small bodega, soon to be bar (pending liquor license -May 24 estimation), a cafe, and shop. We have a 2400 sq foot outdoor porch, and unlimited areas for you to create your vision for your big day. We are brand new, and our first wedding is May 5, 2024 and we will have pictures of this event soon after. We have games, greenhouses, firepits, and 18 holes of fisbee golf, we just love to host, no idea to big or too small. Rent a small portion, or the whole resort, it is up to you! Located in Zeeland, MI, District 5 Schoolhouse is a historic wedding venue with a narrative that extends into the 1800s. Its walls have withstood over a century of use and housed various types of establishments. For couples who seek a spot with heritage, this venue can tick that box. There are two outdoor areas as well as two decks for seating. Before the ceremony, the betrothed can get ready in separate suites, both located on the premises. Bar services are included in packages and decorations may be rented on request. For downtime, couples and their guests have the opportunity to enjoy a bonfire or numerous outdoor games.

Mill Hall was built in 1873 and operated as a grain mill until the early 2000s. Following an extensive renovation, the Hall is now ready for use as an event venue. Fully heated and air conditioned, the building is entirely hardwood, with beautiful light and open design. It is perfect for an eclectic, warm event. The space features two full floors of entertaining space. Downstairs offers 2800 square feet of formal dining area with full bar, featuring four barn doors to the outside porch. The rear of the building is being renovated to provide an dedicated dance and entertainment zone. Upstairs features two lounges, plus two changing areas and cozy prep rooms for the wedding party. Our historic barn and farmhouse originally built in 1850, is a blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. We preserved the barn’s character by using reclaimed wood from the second floor to create a charming front porch for the barn and a rustic chapel with bell. You may choose your own caterer or we can gladly recommend some. We also offer a large decor rental package and a photo booth at an additional cost. Our team have been with us since 2017 and they are like family. It’s our passion and dedication to create memories for our couples and their guests. Barn 1888 offers a stunning rustic, yet elegant venue to exchange wedding vows, or host your event. An extraordinary setting at a great value for your money. We offer 20 picturesque acres for your ceremony and reception on a historic farm. The barn, originally built in 1888 still maintains the exposed wood beams, weathered plank walls, and a soaring vaulted ceiling displaying the gambrel roof. The Centennial Barn is a beautiful venue for weddings up to 150, set on over 113 sprawling acres. Included in the property rental is a gorgeous hip roof barn with a rich wood interior, soaring ceilings, sound system, large bar, chairs, and farmhouse style wood tables. We offer two large indoor handicapped accessible restrooms, a fire pit, and an outdoor cocktail/ reception space complete with 16' concrete bar, lights and sound. The only private event space offered at Founders, The Centennial Room features a fully-staffed bar with eight taps (including one nitro tap), and can accommodate groups up to 65 seated (with additional seating for 50 on the deck.) Located on the second story of our facility, the room has a small lounge area with comfortable leather chairs and two walls of windows - east and south-facing - looking out over the city of Grand Rapids. Our wraparound porch connects to the event space via two glass-garage doors. The room is outfitted with three large flat-screen televisions and a retractable projector screen for PowerPoint or video presentations. A podium with a microphone can be available for any speeches or group announcements. The Centennial Room can be booked in 3-hour minimum blocks. Additional time can be added at a price per-hour charge if available.

Originally built in 1916 as West Leonard Elementary School and fully renovated in 2020–2021, Leona Road is a wedding and event venue with Scandinavian Modern styling from the experienced team behind The Cheney Place, Fringe Events and PUNCH Bar Catering. The Loft at Luna is an elegant, yet rustic wedding and special event venue. St. Cecilia Music Center is a historic wedding venue situated in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, MI. The Old Winery is nestled in the huge wine cellars of the Lawton Lions Heritage Community Center in the village of Lawton.
