Rooted in craft and community, Long Road Distillers was born from the belief that world-class spirits come from honest work and no shortcuts. As the first craft distillery in Grand Rapids, Long Road has built lasting relationships with local farmers to produce award-winning spirits—milled, fermented, and distilled entirely on-site. Our unique venue, located on the city’s West Side, offers a wedding experience that’s as intentional and handcrafted as our spirits.     We had our wedding at this venue and it was everything we hoped for and more. The atmosphere was beautifully rustic, which created such a warm and charming backdrop for our big day. We used the space for both our ceremony and reception, and it worked out perfectly. One of the things we appreciated most was how flexible and accommodating the venue was. We were given access to the entire upstairs, including the back office, which was a great private space for me to get ready and stay tucked away before the ceremony. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. Parking was easy for our guests, and the venue was simple to find — a huge plus when hosting 65 people. Our guests fit comfortably with plenty of room to eat, dance, and mingle without feeling cramped. Jennifer, the event coordinator, was incredible. She was always available for questions, and communication throughout the planning process was clear and consistent. We were allowed to visit the venue multiple times to finalize details and even held our rehearsal there, which made everything run smoothly on the day of. The rest of the staff was just as attentive. My husband and I always had a drink in hand, and it felt like every little detail was taken care of without us needing to ask. The food — provided by the venue — was served buffet style and was a huge hit. I received so many compliments from guests throughout the evening about how good it was. I honestly wouldn’t change a thing about our experience. This venue made our wedding day feel seamless, personal, and truly special. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a space that is not only beautiful but also backed by a supportive, professional team.

    The food was amazing & bar staff was great to work with. Pricing for food and venue was reasonable. The space was the perfect size for our welcome party and rehearsal dinner. I would recommend hosting such an event to anyone hosting 100 people.
