Brie Silly Charcuterie was founded by Courtney White of Hattiesburg, MS, a proud graduate of Jones College’s Culinary Arts program. During her studies, Courtney mastered the art of presentation, knife skills, French cuisine, and fruit carving. Since then, she has elevated those skills by creating stunning fruit displays and carvings for events both big and small. When charcuterie began rising in popularity in 2020, Courtney combined her culinary creativity with her eye for design, experimenting with charcuterie boards and grazing tables. What started as a passion quickly grew into Brie Silly Charcuterie.

Being born in South America and Metairie, La native since the age of 3, I am a self taught chef who devotes her talents to Southern BBQ and Creole, Cajun infused world of cuisines with beautiful plates, simplistic flair and impeccable flavors. I have been Catering, Planning & Coordinating both large & small Weddings & Events for over 22 years. I started in our family owned restaurant at a young age, waiting tables & learning to cook. I then learned the business side of a restaurant and ventured out in catering. I put all of my energy, passion & love into making sure each event is special and custom to my clients desires.
