Owner

We're Clayton & Shahinoor—a married team behind this boutique crawfish and oyster catering crew. She's got Louisiana in her bones (raised in Lafayette), he swapped New England lobster bakes for mudbugs after moving to NOLA in 2012. We bring honest boils, friendly service, and zero corporate BS to weddings and celebrations. Small-batch, hands-on, and all heart. We're not the biggest—we're the best. Let's make your day delicious!

We're married duo who shows up to every event—no faceless crews, just us. We work directly with Louisiana crawfish farmers and Gulf Coast fishermen we know by name, building deep community relationships that ensure peak freshness and quality. Everything is hyper-local and sustainable, supporting Louisiana's agricultural heritage. We only serve crawfish during actual season (Jan-July), following Mother Nature's timeline. Beyond crawfish boils, we create stunning raw bars and famous chargrilled oysters. We're a boutique operation (1-100 guests) because quality matters more than scale. Full-service from setup to cleanup.

    We hired Rougarou Shuckers & Crawfish for a private backyard crawfish boil and added chargrilled oysters as well. The crawfish was great and large in size - no shortcuts. The oyster recipe was amazing and the quality of everything was very high. This was definitely the best oyster and crawfish catering in New Orleans. The owners handled everything onsite, which was a great sign from the start. I’ll be hiring them for all of my future parties!
