Rue Chow Food Truck and Catering

Jarett Eymard and Rachel Carr Eymard bought a bread truck and converted it into a food truck in their back yard just in a couple of months! Jarett came up with the clever name 'Rue Chow' translating to 'street food' and it just stuck! Both of them are professional Chefs so you can expect to find classics with a fun twist at their truck like the chicken and waffle sandwich and Korean BBQ Chicken Pitas. They are cooking all over town.
