Drumore Mill is a different world. It is nestled in a corner of the most rustic township in Amish Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The mill was built in 1752 as a sawmill and a grist mill. It sits in a hollow with 30 acres of tall cliffs and old trees to provide privacy, warmth, and natural beauties. There is a pristine creek that meanders through the property. The Fishing Creek supports native trout and other rare small fishes. The waterfall is adjacent to the buildings. There is a hiking trail within the property. There is wetland and much more. For over a century, Cairnwood has been hosting wedding receptions within its halls. The tradition began with John and Gertrude Pitcairn opening their home for a marriage celebration in 1896. Today, the Estate is available for sit-down dinners with 200 guests or an opulent stations-style event for up to 275. The graciousness of the Estate provides a setting that departs from the ordinary with endless indoor and outdoor possibilities. The distinguished architecture, terraces, grand staircase, balconies, and flowering gardens inspire couples to welcome guests into their own spacious mansion for a unique and memorable celebration.

As an all-inclusive venue we offer packages that include catering, bar services, chairs, tables, linens, dinner ware, utensils, and décor options all in-house. We also offer day of coordination and will take care of everything you need for your wedding to go off effortlessly! Our inclusive packages include, Four Butler-Passed Hors D’oeuvres, Two Cocktail Hour Stations and your selection from our Dinner Buffet, Plated Entrées, or Stations menus. BLDG39 is a historic and industrial chic style wedding venue with modern accents located in the Bridesburg section of Philadelphia. The venue includes free parking available and a 30 x 30 seasonal tent. Originally erected in 1917 during wartimes, the space has been thoughtfully renovated to preserve the history within its walls. We invite you to come make your mark on history! Our maximum fully seated indoor capacity is 130 guests, and our casual standing reception-style indoor capacity is approximately 150 guests. The use of our outdoor space under the tent increases to approximately 175 guests total standing reception-style (venue + tent).
