“This venue was amazing! This was the first and only venue my husband and I looked at because we fell in love instantly. The workers are so friendly and always there when you have any questions (and I had A LOT). They were timely with their responses and never hid any costs. The venue was beautiful to say the least; my husband & I got married on the beach and it was everything we hoped for. Our day of coordinator, Sophie, was so sweet. The ceremony was set up perfectly after just showing her my photo inspo. Also, it’s very nice you can bring all your own decor if you please, which I did and Sophie set it up exactly how I envisioned. The reception was also beautiful in the set up with the spider draping I added to our package. The food & drinks were just as good as when we first tried them. We had a carving station and a chicken option, along with the fan favorite, tortellini. The vendors they use were also so helpful and sweet and met all of our needs! Our friends had a fantastic time, some saying the best wedding they’ve attended! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding and it was all thanks to Carmel Fields!”

“We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding! The ceremony lawn is absolutely gorgeous, and it was surreal to be married surrounded by lush flowers and towering bamboo. The reception space is beautiful and modern looking with beautiful lighting and an abundance of plants that make the area feel so warm and inviting. During the event and well after, our guests were gushing over how unique and picturesque our venue was! Our absolutely favorite part of the venue was working with Jonathan and Jessie! They are so down to earth, sweet and incredibly accommodating and felt like instant friends. If you are on the fence on hiring the Wedding Crashers, DO IT! They were a huge hit with our guests and now my husband and I are plotting ways to get some goats of our own! 10/10 Recommend having your wedding at The Brothers Ranch! “My husband and I could not dream of having entrusted anyone other than Autumn with our wedding florals. From her professionalism down to her attention to detail, there was not a single step of the planning process that we were not completely blown away by Autumn and her work! During the early phases of our wedding planning process, we had received 6 different floral proposals from various florists local to the Bay Area. Autumn's proposal blew every other company's out of the water! Coming in at 20 pages, her proposal outlined our color pallet and inspo photos for the conceptual design, the exact flowers (with pictures) she chose based on our vision, the exact vessels, candles, and candle holders she had in mind, and pricing for each bouquet, boutonniere, and arrangement. Shortly after receiving her proposal, and prior to making our final decision on florist, I flew into San Fran on a last-minute work trip. I reached out to her literally as I was touching down at SFO to see if she was available to meet at our venue to go over design and vision. Autumn immediately dropped everything and met me on site within an hour! That alone earned our business - she was committed to us and our vision from the very beginning. Throughout the planning process, Autumn ensured my husband I stayed involved in the decision making process, regularly sending options for different vessels, candles, candle holders, ribbon selections, and design preferences. On the week of the wedding, she asked if I would like updates as she arranged our florals to which I said OF COURSE! Daily she sent me the sweetest photos and videos of the bouquets, aisle arch, etc. which was the shining light pulling me through an incredibly stressful and busy final week of planning/travel! We truly cannot speak highly enough about Autumn, her amazing work, her attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the entire process! Our wedding day went off without a hitch and it was SO FUN seeing her on the day of our wedding after 2 years of planning together! “Dawn was so incredibly wonderful for our 10-23-2025 wedding at Waterfall Lodge! We booked her a year and a half in advance and from the moment we booked with her, she was available and responsive. She worked with our schedules and took some of the wedding planning stress off of us. She even helped with recommendations on ways to save some money and utilize all vendors to our full potential. That’s just the planning part of it. Let’s get to the wedding day. From the very start of the rehearsal to the very end of the wedding day, Dawn was incredible. We had a crazy amount of extra people show up to the rehearsal itself who were not needed, but she guided everyone on where they needed to be despite all the extra commotion of extra family members wanting to be involved. The night before the wedding I went through all of my decorations and things that I had spent a lot of time crafting and creating with her and I just kind of spouted everything out all at once. Was I a little worried that she was just committing it all to memory and that my vision might not come to life? Yep. Should I have been worried? Not at all. She executed the vision I had with every little detail included to a tee. Seriously, she kept everything going smoothly. It all looked better than I had pictured it and I was in awe of her ability to keep things running so smoothly with so many different vendors. If there were things that went wrong, I have no idea because she not once gave me an inkling of any stress or anything. We even had a guest comment on how seamlessly she worked into the event. My favorite part of the day with Dawn comes to when we finally made it into dinner. We had ordered Chilis chips and salsa for cocktail hour as that’s where we met. At one point, Dawn came over with one whole bowl of chips and salsa (and sour cream because that’s my favorite) and plopped it onto our sweethearts table. It’s just all the small details that she took care of. It was one of my favorite parts of the day because it was so us. She was absolutely crucial in the best day of our lives and I cannot recommend her more. Thanks again for everything Dawn!”

“If you’re looking for a wedding planner - your search is over. Hiring Paige was one of the best decisions of our entire wedding, and I promise you’ll be impressed by her work too. We hired Paige about a year and a half before our wedding date, and we had absolutely no idea where to start. Throughout the entire process, Paige was patient with our questions, enthusiastic to help us achieve our goals and our outlandish ideas (whilst also helping us keep realistic on what was possible) and always went the extra mile to ensure the process was as smooth as possible for us. Paige managed all of the vendor communications for us, which was a massive help whilst we juggled our full-time jobs and other commitments. Reflecting on the experience now, there is no way we could have found our vendors (who were absolutely phenomenal and largely sourced and recommended by Paige’s expertise) and managed the communication with them half as well as she did for us. She kept the entire wedding planning progressing, helped us work through difficult challenges as they arose, and became our number one confidant and trusted friend throughout the process. On the wedding day itself, Paige was incredible. She was like a blur being everywhere at once, making sure guests, vendors and ourselves were properly cared for throughout the day (she brought us food and drinks, learned how to weave our table decorations (literally because I saw it on Pinterest), fluffed my train… she literally did it all!!). There was absolutely nothing we had to worry about or “sort” on the day as her team had everything completely in hand. She was incredibly professional and continued to go above and beyond for us, and we never once saw her without a beaming smile. It’s clear that Paige loves her job, and she invests every ounce of passion into ensuring her clients weddings are world class. Paige is the most down-to-earth, bubbly and supportive wedding planners we could have ever have hoped for. I am SO grateful for all of the wisdom, time and passion and patience she shared with us. We had a small, backyard family wedding of about 50 people, and everyone was so happy with their meals. We interviews a couple of local caters, and we were very impressed with Joseph and his recommdations for a menu. We had a grazing board, seasonal salads, steak (best steak ever!), fish, veggie pasta, seasonal vegetables, mashed pototoes, and small desert cakes. Joseph and Kimberly were such great people and so fantastic to work with. They made our whole day stress free. They arrived with their own set up and we can't recommend them enough!”

“This October, I worked with Elope in Monterey to have a small wedding with my immediate family in attendance. I feel so unbelievably lucky that Catherine was my photographer! I showed up to my wedding without ever meeting Catherine, but her warmth and friendliness made me feel comfortable immediately. As someone who is pretty shy in front of the camera (same goes for my partner), I was surprised by how comfortable I felt in front of Catherine's lens. She really let us be ourselves and joyfully captured all the silliness that makes us who we are. I also really appreciated her helpful directions and tips for posing, which she always delivered kindly. Catherine really made us feel like she was so happy to be there and for me, that really made my experience so pleasant and memorable! Even though our package only included 60 minutes of photography, she never made us feel rushed and she really went the extra mile to get us a large variety of shots and made sure we had many photos in various configurations of our group!
