831 Catering specializes in custom menus for their couples big celebrations. We offer a wide variety of cuisine options and service styles. Offering buffet, family style, plated meal service, active chef stations, we can create the experience you are looking for on your wedding day.

Catering has been a passion of mine since I started working in restaurants when I was a child. Once we learned that we could take our skills outside of the building and really make wonderful experiences for anyone, I was hooked.     Where do I begin? Joseph, Kimberly, and the entire 831 Catering team were an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. After interviewing many catering companies, we immediately felt at ease with Joseph and his team and knew we could trust them to cater our intimate wedding of 50 guests in my mother- and father-in-law’s backyard. Joseph was incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the menu planning process and in the months leading up to our wedding. On the day itself, the 831 Catering team worked seamlessly behind the scenes. Before cocktail hour, they created an impressive grazing board display featuring figs, crostini, assorted cheeses, and cured meats. After our ceremony, they quickly transitioned the space, switching out chairs, setting up tables, and making everything look absolutely perfect. After cocktail hour, dinner service began my husband and I were served our own plate to enjoy while guests mingled, and dinner was served family-style with generous portions of beautifully presented mains and sides, all rich in flavor and beautifully garnished. To finish the evening, we were treated to a stunning dessert spread that included cheesecakes, mousse cups, cookies, and other sweet treats. 831 Catering exceeded every expectation: professional, kind, and talented. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help make our day so special. We can't recommend them enough!

    We are so thrilled that we hired 831 Catering for our wedding! Joseph, Kimberly, and their team were so great to work with and the food was incredible! We had a small, backyard family wedding of about 50 people, and everyone was so happy with their meals. We interviews a couple of local caters, and we were very impressed with Joseph and his recommdations for a menu. We had a grazing board, seasonal salads, steak (best steak ever!), fish, veggie pasta, seasonal vegetables, mashed pototoes, and small desert cakes. Joseph and Kimberly were such great people and so fantastic to work with. They made our whole day stress free. They arrived with their own set up and we can't recommend them enough!
