There was some confusion around the process of actually getting assigned a day-of coordinator due to lack of communication, which added some stress around the 3-week mark. Once we had that sorted out and we were actually paired with our coordinator, everything went super smoothly and we were extremely happy with the service we received. We were on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator and ultimately it was the best decision we could've made. Kumbah was incredible and our wedding would've been a wreck without her!

I came to her with a detailed list of decor, and a ground plan for my desired venue layout and she executed them to my exact specifications, helped finalize my timeline, and did a great job communicating with vendors. Shoutout especially to her honoring my last-minute request for fancy folded napkins - this detail turned out beautifully! Thanks to her efforts, our day went very smoothly. I would recommend Fantastical Adventures to anyone looking to minimize their day-of stress and, especially if plans for their ceremony and reception are a "little different." I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! The process of working with Grand Entrance Affairs was excellent, at a reasonable price point, and it resulted in an absolutely perfect day. :) From the time Ingrid started working with us, she took a load off of our shoulders and we felt well taken care of. We are the type who like to be in control and plan everything ourselves, but we're so grateful that Ingrid brought her years of experience to ask us all the right questions and help us plan out the day-of timeline because we would have definitely gotten it wrong on our own. If there were any obstacles or things that went wrong on the wedding day, we were completely oblivious to it because her team handled it all without worrying us. Crystal is calm, efficient, and super personable. We hired her in February ‘25 originally for an Oct ’25 wedding, then pushed it up to a July ’25 wedding. We basically planned an 80 person wedding within less than 6 months and absolutely would not have been able to do this without Crystal. It was a whirlwind and Crystal made things much easier by keeping us on track with tasks, giving us vendor recommendations, and helping research additional vendors when we wanted other catering options. She gives you to-do lists after your calls, has various tracking lists & checklists; it was SO easy to collaborate with her. From a logistics standpoint, our wedding involved a LOT of logistics. Two venues down the street from one another (the latter for the dance party), the main venue required a 'flip' (using the same space for ceremony as the reception), valet, shuttles, separate bar/catering at the 2nd venue... But all of this was executed flawlessly. A few notes- our catering vendor did catch an important rental that was left off of an ever-changing rental order. I am definitely more of a micro-manager/anxious type and that made me a bit nervous. I had the slightest doubt whether or not all these details would be executed on the day of the wedding. Come wedding day, Crystal and the other day-of coordinator/assistant Kristen made sure we kept things on schedule and all goes went as smoothly as a live event goes. Crystal’s prowess came to life on the wedding day and she really took charge. There were a few mishaps but I think they were due to miscommunication; nothing that wasn’t fixed or detracted from the event! Overall, we were happy with the outcome and really appreciated Crystal’s efforts. We would recommend her!

I met Christina at a Bridal Expo and was amazed with the offered Day Of Coordination package. I was able to easily communicate my priorities on the special day and even share my wedding pet peeves to avoid. Christina was excellent at brainstorming ideas and suggested plenty of ways to approach a situation. When we worked on building the timeline together, she was very thorough and insightful. I sent her so many timeline revisions (as timing means EVERYTHING and it definitely matters), but Christina took them and made it look seamless. On the wedding day, Christina and her team (thank you Heather and Leanna!) made sure we were happy and stress-free. Our morning started with Heather running the errands of the busy morning and was the go-to person for myself and the wedding entourage. Heather was also able to help us create a floral bouquet we used for our ceremony offering. It turned out so beautiful! She did a terrific job. I was always reminded to take a bite of food and to stay hydrated while we were getting ready. Christina helped us execute the ribbon wand exit after our church ceremony. It turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. Everyone had so much fun doing it. As for the reception, Ingobo was able to help set the table decorations- centerpieces, candles, name cards, order of guests, etc. Leanna was at our side making sure we were well-fed and no one pulled us away from the sweetheart table. She was able to give us reminders of the timeline and was very sweet. Overall, Christina and her team orchestrated our wedding day perfectly. We received many compliments from our guests stating they noticed how smooth the day went. Ingobo's Day of Coordination services made a huge impact on how we were able to enjoy our special day. Throughout our planning process, we had the autonomy we wanted to make decisions, but she would also gently jump in when we were missing a logistical necessity, and then provide us with options for how to proceed. This was invaluable. It was also amazing that we could select "a la carte" additional services for certain needs (e.g. furniture rentals) without having to commit to full-scale planning services. Jackie even ended up coordinating last minute DJ and bartender services for us. We had some custom touches and ideas, and she and her team pulled it all off exactly like we envisioned. My wife and I just had a beautiful wedding ceremony and reception and owe a tremendous amount of the outcome to our wedding coordinator Joy. We were attempting to plan a fairly large wedding in a span of less than three months. After getting a venue and recommendations for vendors I set out trying to put this together. After a couple weeks I realized there was just too many things to do, and reached out and hired Joy. From that moment she took control and eased all my worries. She contacted all the vendors, put together the wedding and reception timelines all while keeping us informed and modifying things based on changes we wanted. She was most amazing on the day of the event, my wife is Filipina and a few of her bridesmaids were going on “Philippino Time”, Joy never got flustered she adjusted on the fly, worked seamlessly with our photographer who need “20 more minutes “ for some some additional photos. When our original venue fell through due to extenuating circumstances from the owners of the venue, Natalie was quick with a ton of other options and we seamlessly pivoted which turned out to be an even better decision. Events by Angela Monique (with her team of 3) was our wedding planner, and we were pleased with their service. Their communication style summarized conversations, was direct, and inquisitive to vendors, primarily through email, and they were assertive in keeping us on track. The quality of their work was comprehensive, detailed, and particular. They did an excellent job setting up and tearing down all of the decorations, and their day-of coordination was flawless, though the pre-planning process was a bit stressful due to some misalignment between their vision and ours. Overall, Angela Monique was a brilliant day-of coordinator, flexible with travel fees, and provided us with a bonus video of the event photos.

Alexis’ Cheers Event Company is one of the greatest coordinator and planning services we ever encountered. She made us feel comfortable that we didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. Ashley Murphy is a miracle worker. She comes from the film industry and did production design for movies. I think that the attention to detail shows in photos and film because very single angle my photographer shot at looked stunning, he truly didn't get a bad photo because Ashley didn't miss anything. She was able to take my theme and really work with it, making it what I was hoping for, but adding more flare and imagination than I could have dreamed of. I will be hiring her and her team for all of my future events.

I have to agree with every one of these 5-star reviews for Kari and Feathered Arrow! My husband and I talked to several planners before signing with Kari and it's by far the best decision we made for our day. With two very different ceremonies in one day, in one venue, with almost two hundred guests several other vendors and their teams, there was a *lot* to coordinate. Kari was at the center ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. We had monthly scheduled check-ins with her to discuss progress as we neared the wedding day and I never felt rushed or stressed. With our particular venue, we needed to bring in everything from outside vendors - lunch, dinner, snacks, cakes, drinks, stage, flowers, chairs, every plate, fork, and cup. It was a huge effort to coordinate everything and Kari made things seamless and smooth every step of the way. After hearing of so many wedding difficulties from friends, I asked that my husband and I, and our families, be able to enjoy the day without being the ones to be contacted with any hiccups and we were able to do so throughout the whole wedding. Partnering with Kari was by far the best decision we made for ourselves when it came to our wedding. I recommend her to every single couple thinking about holding a wedding. It is worth every minute for a consultation with her and if you decide to hire Feathered Arrow, it is worth every dollar you spend. Kari was incredibly professional, reliable, and communicative in every way. Thank you thank you thank you to Kari and her team for an unforgettable wedding!
