The Old Schoolhouse offers a timeless, romantic setting for celebrations large and small. With indoor capacity of up to 160 and outdoor capacity of 200+, The Old Schoolhouse’s versatile charm is the perfect backdrop for your big day. Built in 1928 and boasting original hardwood floors, The Old Schoolhouse ballroom is an incredible space for ceremony or reception. The vast, one-acre garden boasts lush greenery and mature florals that change color throughout the seasons. The hazelnut orchard gives a whimsical vibe for smaller ceremonies, receptions, or simply stunning photographs.

The women at The Old Schoolhouse were truly a joy to work with throughout our wedding planning process. Their communication was efficient, kind, informative, and incredibly helpful as we navigated all the details. The venue itself was beautiful, with plenty of options to personalize the space and create a clean, elegant atmosphere. The getting ready rooms were perfect for our small, intimate wedding party, providing a stress-free and fun environment to get ready in. The indoor and outdoor spaces allowed us to take advantage of the stunning wine country setting, resulting in a simply beautiful and memorable day. We cannot recommend The Old Schoolhouse highly enough for couples looking for a warm, welcoming, and seamless wedding experience.

Our wedding at The Old Schoolhouse in April was amazing. We had our ceremony outside in the garden area and moved inside for the reception. The entire day was dreamy and we were so blessed to have such a beautiful backdrop for every part of the celebration! The owner, Nicole, is so sweet and so responsive to any random question or idea I happened to think of. The Old Schoolhouse was originally recommended to me from a friend and I’m so glad they did. Now I’m happy to pass that recommendation along to other couples looking for a venue!

The team at The Old Schoolhouse was a pleasure to work with. Their communication was excellent - they were always friendly, responsive, and made the planning process easy. The venue itself is stunning, with both beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces that would be perfect for a large or intimate wedding. The gardens were meticulously maintained and provided a gorgeous natural backdrop. The Old Schoolhouse was the perfect venue for our Fall wedding! Nicole (owner) has such a sweet and responsive communication style, and was incredibly flexible and considerate throughout the planning process. The venue itself is truly charming and unique, with multiple options for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Nicole and her team were so helpful, allowing ample time for us to set up the space for our fall wedding. Our guests had an incredible time exploring the beautiful grounds, dancing in the school house, and taking stunning sunset photos on the lawn. Nicole is the sweetest and truly cares for her clients hosting events at the Old Schoolhouse. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are so grateful to Nicole and her team for making our special day so memorable!

Yes, we have parking for 80-100 cars depending on how well people park!

Yes, our main ballroom is all one-level with handicap accessible restrooms. The lower level is accessible via ramp but there is one short step into the bridal suite.

All wedding rentals are full, day, full property rentals, which includes access to our ballroom, grand garden, and hazelnut orchard. When we say full day, we mean full day: 8:00am-11:00pm! We have ample room for wedding parties to get ready on-site and allow early access for hair & makeup as well as set-up and decorating. Up to: - 180 white Chiavari chairs - 150 black Chiavari chairs - 150 garden chairs - 18 60" round tables (seats 8-10) - 4 6' banquet tables - 10 bistro-height cocktail tables Set-up of tables and chairs is included.

All of our wedding rentals are full day, with flexible start times as early as 8:00am or earlier for brunch-style weddings. Music must be off by 10pm per the county, and we ask that everyone is offsite no later than 11pm.

50% of the rental fee is due upon contract signing and is non-refundable. We offer a one-time date change in lieu of cancellation with a $1,000 date change fee.

PDX is about 45 minutes from the venue, depending on traffic.

Yes, you are required to have a one-day event insurance policy with host liquor liability if serving alcohol.
