    I had an absolutely awful experience working with Collins Pond & Lodge for our wedding. Their communication was terrible - they would tell us one thing and then months later give us a completely different response. The owner even showed up late on our wedding night and got into arguments with everyone. While the venue itself is beautiful, their poor service completely ruined our special day. The owners should not promote this as a wedding venue if they are not willing to treat it as a professional business and properly host events. I would not recommend this venue to any couple looking to have an stress-free, well-organized wedding celebration.

    Collins Pond & Lodge was an exceptional venue for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, the staff was efficient, knowledgeable, quick, and attentive in their communication. On the day of, the venue was beautifully decorated, with a homey and comfortable atmosphere that put us and our guests at ease. The team was incredibly accommodating, helping to make our special day stress-free.
