The Oaks is a one-of-a-kind wedding venue nestled in the rolling hills of Castle Rock, Colorado. Just 25 minutes south of Denver, the location boasts stunning natural surroundings with incredible views of the castle-shaped butte in the center of town. Overlooking the 18th hole of the beautiful Plum Creek Golf Course, The Oaks is truly a spectacular destination. The Ballroom boasts two-story vaulted ceilings with massive oak beams and dramatic windows. Our Art Deco-inspired cocktail lounge is sure to impress your guests with its chic design. You'll enjoy two distinct getting ready spaces — a private bridal suite and spa and the groom’s room featuring a state-of-the-art golf simulator. Our full-service approach to weddings will make your planning process and your wedding day easy and fun! We provide in house culinary and bar services, tables and chairs, linens and place settings, service staff and an event day coordinator. We can’t wait to connect with you!

Our experience with The Oaks at Plum Creek
The Oaks at Plum Creek is an absolute pleasure to work with. Their communication is excellent, thorough, and always clear. The venue itself is wonderful, with a spacious and elegant setting. The team is incredibly organized in their coordination, maintaining a professional attitude throughout. They are always very helpful in providing the correct details and answering any questions we have in a timely manner. Overall, The Oaks at Plum Creek is always easy to work with and contributed greatly to making our performance process seamless.
You will LOVE getting married at The Oaks!
I am a wedding planner in Colorado and absolutely LOVE working at The Oaks! This venue was tailor-made to fit the needs of our couples. The Oaks has a beautiful bridal-suite for the girls to get ready in, with amazing natural light and room for everyone to do hair and makeup. It also has the most fun groom's room equipped with a golf-simulator! Can't beat it! Their two ceremony locations are gorgeous. A beautiful grove of oaks trees, perfectly in the shade or a large ballroom with nearly floor-to-ceiling windows for an epic view of Castle Rock. No need to worry about bad-weather on your day, your ceremony will be flawless! Their bar for drinks and dancing is decorated in a fun mid-century-modern style that is so chic. To top it off, their staff team truly goes above and beyond. Their event managers are so knowledgable, with hundreds of weddings under their belts! Their service staff is kind, friendly and provides a seamless service. Food is delicious, and their in-house dinner rentals are wonderful. I can't say enough good things about how the team at The Oaks provides amazing service for their couples, helps brainstorm, problem-solve, and decorate for their day. They are so kind, helpful and fun! You will be so happy if you book your wedding at The Oaks! 100000/10!
A Dream Venue for Couples and Vendors Alike
As a cake and dessert vendor who works at The Oaks often, I can’t say enough great things about this venue and their team. The staff is truly fabulous. Everything runs seamlessly, not just for couples, but for vendors as well, which makes such a difference on wedding days. The chefs consistently create delicious food, and the level of care and professionalism across the entire team is outstanding. The Oaks holds very high standards, which align perfectly with our own, and it always shows in the experience they provide. It is always a pleasure working at The Oaks, and I highly recommend them to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with an exceptional team behind it.
What an Incredible Venue & Staff!
The Oaks is seriously the most incredible wedding venue. I have worked here countless times as a videographer, and every detail is always taken care of. From a behind-the-scenes perspective, I can tell you time and time again just how often I have seen the staff go out of their way to make sure each and every bride is taken care of. Their timing is also impeccable. From the ceremony start time to placing the very first dinner plate, the staff and coordinators are on it. I love getting to work here alongside their staff. They all feel like family at this point. To many more great weddings and making our couples’ most important day incredible and a memory they will remember forever!
