Yes. Our team has planned bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and South-Asian events such as mehndi parties, haldi ceremonies, sangeet ceremonies, and walima receptions.

Q: Do you take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend?

We never book multiple weddings in a day; we need to be 100% present for you, and only you! We will, rarely, take on multiple events in a weekend, but only if it's a wedding and some other kind of event (wedding on Saturday, birthday party on Sunday, etc.)

Since 2018, our team has successfully planned and executed a wide range of weddings We pride ourselves on creating events that are anything but cookie-cutter; each event is designed to reflect our couples’ unique story, while offering their guests an authentic, refreshing experience. We specialize in South Asian weddings, with expertise in coordinating multi-day celebrations and cultural traditions such as mehndi parties, sangeets, walima receptions, and more. Our multicultural planning approach ensures that every detail, from logistics to guest experience, is thoughtfully managed.

Our team is based in Colorado and Illinois, but provides services to clients worldwide. There are no travel fees for events within 2 hours of Denver or Chicago.

Day-of Coordination is the perfect service for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves, but need someone to take the reins prior to the big day. Kari was the sweetest day-of coordinator and made sure I didn't have to think about anything besides being present on our wedding day! She was a genuine light and so easy to talk to and work with. Her attention to detail and impressive coordination with our vendors was worth every penny. She even sent us the cutest personalized coffee set after the wedding which was such a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated.

Kari was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding on July 18, 2024 in Colorado Springs. From the moment we first reached out, her communication style was communicative, friendly, and she was an excellent listener as we shared our vision. We couldn’t be more grateful for Kari’s incredible support and professionalism as our wedding planner. From start to finish, she was super organized, thoughtful, and completely on top of every detail. She took all the stress off our shoulders and allowed us to enjoy our day without worrying about a thing. She was prepared with insights and knowledge about aspects of the days we hadn’t even considered, like who would be responsible for watching after our rings, and making sure we had a pen for our guest book (we forgot that.)
