I put hundreds of hours into each wedding I plan, and care about each as if it were my own. This package is for couples who want assistance every step of the way, from finding the perfect venue to creating the timeline for their big day. If you are looking for unlimited meetings, venue tours, concept and production meetings, final venue walkthrough, day-of coordination, and much more, this is the right package for you.

I offer different A la carte services available upon request for rehearsal dinners, hotel block management, farewell brunches, welcome bag preparation, and much more.

Already have a venue and vendors you love? Day-Of Coordination is the perfect service for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves, but need someone to take the reins prior to the big day. Our job is to step in and coordinate any of the final details and manage all of the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle.

    We couldn’t be more grateful for Kari’s incredible support and professionalism as our wedding planner. From start to finish, she was super organized, thoughtful, and completely on top of every detail. She took all the stress off our shoulders and allowed us to enjoy our day without worrying about a thing. She was prepared with insights and knowledge about aspects of the days we hadn’t even considered, like who would be responsible for watching after our rings, and making sure we had a pen for our guest book (we forgot that.) She truly thought of everything and her calm and confident presence and attention to detail made everything run smoothly. Thanks to Kari, our wedding was absolutely perfect. We’ll definitely be using her services again for future events. She’s THE best!
