We truly could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding reception. From the very beginning, Terri and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. Terri was such a joy to work with — always responsive, easy to get ahold of, and genuinely invested in making our day everything we had dreamed of. She listened to all our ideas and helped us bring every little detail to life. On the day of the wedding, the entire staff went above and beyond. Every single person was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed — from food and drinks to little check-ins to make sure we were doing okay. One moment that really stood out was when we were out taking photos on the golf cart, and they actually brought us water and snacks — such a thoughtful touch that kept us full in the middle of a busy day. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, both inside and out. We kept our decorations minimal because the space truly doesn’t need much — it speaks for itself. One of the best parts was being able to drop off our decor the night before, and showing up on the day to find everything perfectly set up. No stress, just pure excitement. We even got a private moment to see the reception space before our guests arrived, which was incredibly special. And the food… WOW. Every single item they served was amazing — no exaggeration. There wasn’t one thing that didn’t taste incredible. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food tasted. And honestly, those are the two biggest things people remember — and both were absolutely perfect. We can’t say enough good things about the staff, the service, and the overall experience. We wouldn’t change a single thing. It was the most perfect day, and it truly wouldn’t have been the same without the incredible team at this venue. We feel so lucky to have celebrated our wedding here — they really made sure it was the best day ever!

Our experience with Downingtown Country Club by Ron Jaworski Weddings was exceptional. From the very beginning, their communication was attentive, quick, and thoughtful, putting us at ease throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and the overall value they provided was truly outstanding - the venue was beautifully decorated, the organization of the day was seamless, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist with the decorations and ensured everything flowed perfectly with their calming and thoughtful approach. We received countless praises from our family and friends about how gorgeous the wedding was and how amazing the food tasted. The team at Downingtown Country Club truly made our special day everything we imagined and more. I absolutely loved working with them and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I knew from the moment we ended our tour that DCC was the venue for us! Terri greeted us at the tour and walked us through their newly renovated ballroom. My guests are still raving 2 months later about the venue and the high quality dinner and deserts. They REALLY loved the food. My church ceremony was 45 minutes away, so my willingness to travel that far between ceremony and reception is a testament to have amazing DCC is. I wanted a venue were I was confident I wouldn't be worrying about any thing on my special day and DCC provided that. I was able to use their table numbers, glass vases, and back ground arch wish saved me those additional expenses/decisions to make. Terri also offered us a card box, but I opted to use my own so I could add a lock even though the box was securely placed by the sweetheart table. Decision fatigue is so real but with Terri I never had any worries about my reception. I last minute decided to have Sean Reilly, who sounds just like Frank Sinatra, sing during cocktail hour. It was no problem for them to have a dedicated space for him and assist him in his set up. Their flexibility, understanding, and positivity was amazing. The venue is large with a lot of space! The cocktail area is large and the ballroom is beautiful. None of my guests had to wait for drinks since the bar staff was super efficient. It rained a lot on my wedding day, but Terri was super prepared and explained to me the adjustments she would make in the placing of the decor. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Terri and DCC and recommend it to anyone getting married! We had so much fun and are so grateful for Terri and her team! I could not have asked for a better wedding day thanks to Downingtown Country Club! Terri and her staff are phenomenal and pay so much attention to detail and ensure that your special day goes according to plan! Terri held our hand the entire planning process, leading up to the day, as well as the day of. Ensuring things were set up properly and checking in on us while getting ready. Brooke the wedding concierge was absolutely amazing as well. She was so supportive and helpful I’m so thankful she was with us the entire evening! She helped us with our couples portraits, grabbed us drink refills, and made sure we were having a good time! I also must say ALL the food we had was absolutely phenomenal. Every one of my guests that I spoke to were raving about the food! From the cocktail hour, to dinner, to dessert everyone was taken away by how good everything was. Thank you so much Downingtown Country Club and all their amazing staff for making my day so special! ️
