The Great Hall serves as an ideal setting for receptions, offering a unique opportunity to dine and dance beside ancient giants.

The majestic Great Hall boasts towering 40-foot walls adorned with limestone and red Pyrenees marble, complemented by intricate brass accents and magnificent Art Deco glass block windows. Dominating the space are the awe-inspiring "Texas Titan" fossils—a suspended pterosaur boasting a 33-foot wingspan and a 33-foot tyrannosaur—creating an unforgettable backdrop for any occasion.

Below the patio, the museum's lawn supplements outdoor events, accommodating up to 800 guests.

    My husband and I couldn’t be more grateful to Alex, Ashley, and the entire team at the museum. Being among the last of our friends to tie the knot, we’ve been to a lot of weddings—and we knew we wanted to create a truly unique experience. Getting married in the Texas Titans Grand Hall, followed by a reception under the tented patio? It was not only unique—it was absolutely perfect. It felt 100% us. The venue is incredibly customizable and offers great flexibility to bring your vision to life. With its striking Art Deco architecture, we went with a “Gatsby meets Night at the Museum” theme. It turned out to be both timeless and unforgettable—something none of our guests had ever experienced before.

    We had our tiny family only wedding here and it was the most perfect morning! The events team is a dream to work with; friendly, responsive, and genuine. My coordinator told me she was very impressed and hoped to work with the museum again in the future. We had tons of space to get ready in and everything ran smoothly. The museum itself is such a gem; it has been carefully renovated and has beautiful light with so many great photo ops. As a museum it’s obviously a super kid friendly venue and our nieces and nephews had a great time exploring, along with the rest of our guests. Truly cannot recommend the museum enough!
