Rafters is a beautiful Event Venue located in historic Newtown, Bucks County, PA. Rafters is able to host all of your special events, whether it's your Wedding celebration, Mitzvahs, Gala, Fundraisers, Showers, Birthdays or Graduations. Rafters is Where Rustic meets Industrial Offering a newly constructed & thoughtfully designed event space, featuring a beautiful open Industrial influenced feel, ceilings open to the rafters, a gorgeous real hardwood floor throughout the main event space, along with beautiful new exposed spiral duct work, and modern yet rustic, influenced lighting fixtures. Of course we've got a beautiful private suite available complete with crystal chandelier! Let's not forget our rear garden areas, perfect for ceremonies along with our other lovely outside areas! Ton's of thoughtful amenities built in, stop by & see for yourself!

Rafters, is a venue that provides a blank palate for you to truly design and customize your day to meet your style and budget. Rafters has a beautiful open to the ceiling industrial and rustic blend design. It features a large open space main area that easily accommodates a variety of layouts, one that our experienced coordinators will create for your special day. ​Whether your style is round seating tables, squares, rectangles or any combination, we've got it covered and don't worry we've got plenty of space for seating, dancing and even parking is not an issue.

You and your guests will enjoy the beautifully carpeted indoor pre-event space, which features a beautiful custom 36' barn door sliders make a stunning statement as the entrance into the main event area. ​Lots of beautiful landscaped outside area for your guests to enjoy, including thoughtfully placed stone and garden benches or enjoy the beauty of rear gardens, popular for outdoor ceremonies, and custom outdoor lighting for a magical nighttime experience! All of the event areas are highly customizable to your your event style, decor and budget.

    We recently held our event at Rafters Venue, and while the day itself turned out beautifully and the venue was everything we hoped for in terms of style and pricing, the experience leading up to it wasn’t without challenges. The Good: The venue is stunning—rustic charm with modern amenities, perfect for anyone looking for that farmhouse-meets-elegance vibe. The price was very reasonable compared to similar venues in the area, and on the day of the event, everything went smoothly. Guests loved the space, and it truly provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable day. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the major downside was the poor communication from the owner, Mary Beth. Responses to emails and calls were often delayed or went unanswered, which made planning more stressful than it needed to be. There were times when we had questions about key details and had to follow up multiple times to get a response. For anyone planning a big event, that kind of uncertainty can be a real issue.
