Yes, The Farm has a ramp that leads up to the Seed Barn, and our ceremony space is on ground level. We also offer handicapped-accessible restrooms on both levels of the Harvest Barn, as well as a drop off location near the ceremony location.

The Seed Barn can accommodate a seated event for 160 guests with a dance floor, or a cocktail-style event for 200 guests.

What are the time restrictions for events?

Friday and Saturday weddings typically run from 4:00pm - 10:00pm, while Sunday weddings typically run from 2:00pm - 8:00pm.

Is The Farm climate controlled?

While the Seed Barn is not climate controlled, the Harvest Barn is entirely climate controlled for both hot or cold weather. Your guests are welcome to lounge in our Harvest Barn in the event of inclement weather. Furthermore, we also provide hot, cold, and rainy weather packages at an additional charge for you and your guests’ convenience. Please contact us to learn more about weather packages.

What happens if it rains?

We have a variety of options. If it rains, your wedding ceremony may be held indoors. We have capacity for up to 100 guests in our Harvest Barn (for an additional fee), or up to 200 guests in our Seed Barn (for no additional fee). We have umbrellas your guests are welcome to use, as well as a covered area for cocktail hour. You are also welcome to rent a tent from one of our preferred vendors.

Are there areas for the bridal parties to get ready?

Yes, we have two newly remodeled chic and rustic suites for our couples to use! You are able to access these suites at 9am on Friday and Saturdays and 8am on Sundays. There is no additional charge to use our suites.

Does The Farm have electricity?

The Farm and both Barns are fully equipped with electricity with several outlets on dedicated lines. We have plenty of power for your DJ, Caterer and any additional items you may need power for.

Does The Farm have bathrooms?

The Farm has newly constructed on-site men’s and women’s rooms, as well as a powder room within the Bridal Suite. There is also a restroom on the first floor of the Harvest Barn. All bathrooms are ADA accessible.

Are there any restrictions on decorations?

We love to see the unique decor every couple brings to our facilities! You can wrap and drape, however to preserve the integrity of the Barn we ask that you do not nail or tack. Open flames are not permitted within the Seed Barn. If you need assistance with a ladder during set-up, we have staff available to ensure the safety of both you and your guests.

We have a variety of rustic decor that you are welcome to use to accent your own unique style for no additional charge.

Are fireworks or sparkler send-offs allowed?

We do allow sparklers in a variety of places on the grounds for your send-off at the end of the evening! Due to our township guidelines we are not allowed to have fireworks at The Farm.

We are able to order linens on your behalf, for an additional charge. Linens must be ordered with advanced notice. Please contact us for more details.

May we have a DJ or band?

Yes - both DJs & Bands have worked beautifully at The Farm!

Are there lodging accommodations nearby, shopping, and activities to do nearby?

Yes - we have a variety of lodging accommodations available all within 15 minutes of The Farm. You can check them out on our preferred vendor page on our website, and we would be happy to provide you with additional shopping and activities to do nearby!

We include all trash removal services for your Wedding.

What is your "hold" policy?

Accepted Answer

We can hold one date for up to seven days at no charge (starting the day you verbally commit.) At the end of those seven days, we will either release the date if we don’t receive your deposit, or we can reserve it for you with a returned and signed contract along with your deposit of $2,800.

Do we need insurance?

Do you provide catering on-site?

No, but the caterer that you hire may have access to our kitchen. Please contact us for more information. Our preferred caterers for you to choose from are on our website. They include those who we have worked closely with and we know will provide you with exceptional service. You are welcome to hire caterers not on our preferred list for a $1,000 fee. Other caterers must be approved by The Farm.

Can we bring our own desserts?

We do not allow outside desserts and/or Wedding Cakes, unless approved by management. Included in your rental is an opportunity to come to the Farm for a tasting to build your custom dessert table. Our bakery will work within all styles and budgets. You can find our current menu here.

Is there ice provided on-site?

There are bags of ice available on-site for purchase, or you can bring your own.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes - you are responsible for providing your own alcohol and mixers, and we require a RAMP certified bartender to serve your guests. More often than not, your caterer will have bartenders on staff, but if not we would be more than happy to offer some recommendations.

How late can we serve alcohol?

Bartenders are required to stop serving alcoholic drinks 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end time of your event. Guests are welcome to enjoy drinks during the cocktail hour and reception.

Can guests leave their cars overnight?

Guests may leave their cars in our lot overnight so long as they are picked up the next morning by 10:30am.

Can we set up or have access to the venue before our event begins?

You and your bridal party or hair and makeup artists may arrive at 9:00am on Fridays and Saturdays, and 8:00am on Sundays. All Friday weddings have access to the Barn for setup at designated times the Thursday before their wedding. Any special accommodations must be approved in advance.

Can my pet be a part of the wedding?

Your pet can absolutely be a part of the wedding. We love our furry friends and they can join you for pictures prior to your ceremony and during the ceremony. We do recommend that pets be taken home before the reception begins.

Can I have my rehearsal & rehearsal dinner at The Farm?

Yes, you can schedule your rehearsal at the Farm. Please discuss scheduling with the Farm staff. We also host rehearsal dinners in our new Harvest Barn! Please contact us if you are interested in pricing.

Is it okay to invite children?

Children are welcome at The Farm Bakery and Events, however it should be noted that there are hazards on the premises that could be dangerous to unsupervised children. At no time should children be allowed unsupervised anywhere on the premises, especially near the fire pit and fields.
