This large space features an open floorplan, custom bar and a modern design. With an abundance of natural lighting, the space is the perfect place for luncheons or sweeping views of the Chicago skyline for evening events, dinners, and dancing.

Winter Package #1 | $95 per person: 3 Passed Hors D’Oeuvres, 1 First Course, Choice of 1 Chicken Entree, Dessert & Coffee Station. Winter Package #2 | $105 per person: 3 Passed Hors D’Oeuvres, 1 First Course, Choice of 2 Entrees, Dessert & Coffee Station. Price includes china, glassware, tables, chairs, labor, bar mixer package and coffee station. Price is inclusive of venue rental however, a $500 cleaning fee will apply. Minimum 100 attendees. Specials valid January 3, 2023-March 31, 2023.

LM Studio could not have been a better choice for our wedding day! Kristin, Shelby, and the whole staff were absolute rockstars, especially the week leading up to the wedding! They were so helpful, and since we didn't have a planner, I literally feel like I could not have done it without them. In addition to the team, the venue was absolute perfection. It was so beautiful, and getting married in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows with that view was absolutely magical. We're big Chicago people, so being so close to the park and just a quick ride to the river was amazing for photos. We were a little worried that it would be a bit tight, but honestly it was a great size for our guest count of 150 people. Our guests kept raving about the space and the food! I cannot have asked for a more perfect day and I would 1000000/10 recommend LM Studio for your wedding day!!!
Beautiful Venue and Amazing Team
Our wedding reception at LM Studio was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we first visited, we were impressed by the beauty of the space and the professionalism of the staff. The venue itself is stunning—the entire interior design, beautiful details and amazing view—it was the perfect backdrop for our celebration. The events team was incredibly helpful every step of the way, answering all our questions, accommodating our requests, and making us feel completely at ease. We were pretty particular on some things and had a few probably unsual requests but honestly we were never told no and they couldn't have been more accommodating. On the day of the wedding, everything was flawless: the setup was exactly as we envisioned, the staff were amazing and courteous, a lot of our guests have mentioned how hard they all worked, they were impressed! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the ambiance, the food, and the overall experience. We’re so grateful to LM Studio - Paulette, Shelby and Kristin for helping us create amazing memories, being so helpful and easy to work with! It could not have gone better and we are so grateful!!
Winter Wedding 12.30.23
My husband and I got married here on December 30th and it was an absolute dream. We had our ceremony and reception on the 6th floor and our cocktail hour in between the two on the 5th floor. The space was beautiful with fantastic views of the park and the lake. Once the sun went down, the space within was a perfect blend of modern and romantic with warm soft lighting and beautiful decor. It was so nice not to have to provide an intense amount of decoration since the space was so lovely itself. Our guests were also very impressed and complimentary! Paulette and her team were both professional and enjoyable to work with. Everyone was so kind, supportive, and put our happiness first. They were accommodating of all the special dietary restrictions and decorative requests we had. The bridal suite was also a fantastic space to escape to for a breather throughout the event. I would absolutely recommend this as a wedding venue, event space or anything else your heart could imagine!
THE BEST PART OF OUR WEDDING
Ok! I intend to be VERY HONEST about all my reviews bc I think vendor match is the most essential thing & for everyone. And, I don't even have the words for this one, so multiply everything I'm saying by 120. LM Studio, and Paulette specifically, was the best part of our wedding point blank period. They hit on all accords with us and our guests, and the worst part of the whole occasion is that I can't go back there on the regular and just hang out. MULTIPLE GUESTS including my father, with a lifetime of weddings, said the food was not just good BUT THE BEST WEDDING FOOD they have ever had. There wasn't a single complaint. And we agree just delicious. Scenery vibes - you're not going to do better. From the wall art/decor pierces, paint, textures, fabrics, colors, SO MUCH VELVET - there's so much to see. Guests also reported widely "there's not a single place in this venue that isn't ideal for a photo opp. It was just beautiful and we really wanted something that carried some weight decor wise. This place was my perfect match. Aesthetically, it's millions of bucks. I loved every part of it and going there, taking pictures, and just enjoying the luxury throughout the planning process was also such a joy. There's really so much more I could rave on for days about but the most important thing for couples to know is about Paulette who runs Events and Catering. The best way to sum it up is I want to be friends with Paulette. She made me feel important, like a priority, and really cared for from the proposal process until we said good night at the wedding. She is a gem and such a charismatic pleasure to be around. The people you hire to be around you on this day cannot be undervalued! They are the glue to hold everything together. Paulette worked with us on everything from vision to budget, she is so organized, so everything. I just cannot. I actually intended to write this review the day after my wedding because I love her so much, but still I don't even have the words to really convey the impression she left on us. LM gave me an even more perfect vision of everything I prayed for. Our wedding was PERFECT, and I know people don't say that a lot. Of course, there were hiccups but the things that were so perfect like everything at LM outweighed everything else. I wouldn't do anything differently in this part of the planning. Everyone in Chicago who vibes with the space should get married there. The pics are worth it enough if all the didn't make an impression. It really was a 10/10 and Paulette gave 100/10. It's also one of the last places where you feel good about what you're getting for what you're paying for... which we all learn is too rare in the wedding industry. Thank you, Paulette and LM Studio!
