Our wedding, 07/2025 at Highfields country club

Highfields Golf & CC was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, Tracy the wedding coordinator was incredibly responsive, quick to answer our questions, and open and informative throughout the planning process. She helped to make sure we had everything squared away, from when we should be sending out our save the dates and invites all the way up to what sort of vendors we would need in order to help make our day special! We had multiple meetings with her well before our wedding to make sure we are hitting all the milestones, while helping to offer good advice, and ideas on what we should add for our day. Tracy was so friendly and great to work with, she was so accommodating and helped us fulfill any special requests that we had as best as she could! Tracy was even with us on the day of our wedding, helping to coordinate all of our vendors and be the point of contact for them, so we ourselves did not have to worry about anything other than getting ready! The venue itself is so pretty and in a great location, tucked away off the main road it is a nice secluded area! The ballroom itself was spotless, with a modern and updated design that provided an elegant backdrop for our celebration. But the real highlight was the beautiful outdoor ceremony space, which offered a scenic and serene setting for our vows. With ample room to accommodate all of our guests, the seamless flow between the ceremony area and the ballroom made the day effortless. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue to host our special day!
