Our Wedding Experience — Deeply Disappointed

I could honestly write a whole book about the terrible experience my wife and I had with this venue. It was, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had with any establishment. The two coordinators, Alyssa and Meredith, seemed far more focused on making money than on helping us enjoy our wedding day. Just one day before the wedding, they informed us that they had changed the open bar minimum — after we had already paid the agreed-upon amount — and pressured us to pay more. Then, on the actual day of our wedding, they changed the rules again and closed our bar earlier than what was originally agreed to. Afterward, when we tried to contact them to discuss our concerns, they avoided every attempt we made to meet or talk. Additionally, we were charged for dance floor overhead projector but the projector didn’t work during our first dance. And when we aired that concern, they tried to blame us for not letting them know it wasn’t working. Extremely disappointing. It’s truly unfortunate that these two individuals made what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives so stressful and disappointing. If I could, I would absolutely give this venue zero (0) stars
