About this venue

We are an outdoor and indoor venue. Our property overlooks the beautiful Columbia River. Wedding gazebo with river view, formal gardens, an 1870 historic home/museum, heritage orchard, Knapp Center, the Cottage, a grove of majestic trees, and so much more. This is a create your own adventure venue.

Our event spaces

Knapp Center

Situated on a beautiful property, Knapp Center is an indoor space for your next event and offers access to the porch overlooking the Columbia River.

This venue has two floors, each will seat up to 50 at tables, and a reception with a formal space that opens out onto a covered porch with a river view. Note that lower floor is accessed by stairs only. Rental of this space includes use of the adjacent commercially rated kitchen.

Cottage

Our cozy Cottage is perfect for those small parties and events.

Our cozy Cottage can accommodate 16-20 guests seated at four rounds. This space is wonderful for small parties and events or as a bridal party ready space. Use of the adjacent prep kitchen, plates, glassware, utensils, etc. are included in the rental.
