Brookshire is an all-inclusive event venue located in Central Ohio, conveniently located just north of Columbus near the Polaris area. Designed by a seasoned event planner with wedding celebrations in mind, here you will find delightful and diverse event spaces, attentive staff, and all-inclusive packages.

This space can accommodate up to 300 guests for a ceremony or outdoor meeting. The space is fully customizable to your needs. We can also do receptions entirely outdoors if the weather permits.

Easy, Perfect Wedding Process

Brookshire made our wedding planning process a breeze. Our engagement was a total of almost exactly 6 months, and we could literally not have done it if we did not book with Brookshire. They made scheduling with vendors SO easy, including a vendor preview were we were able to see the venue's examples of vendor work, sample some of the dishes on the menu, and really visualize the space. They handled my questions quickly, and concisely, and were really quite reasonably priced, considering the things you get when booking here. On the day of the wedding, everything was so smooth. The venue was set up perfectly, and any changes we needed to make were done swiftly and well. They made sure my husband and I got to sample all of the food we ordered, including each layer of cake. They truly take care of you down to the details, like bringing you a glass of water during your photos. The vendors they work with are exquisite in their own right too, the food and cake were delicious, the DJ was so professional and kind, and the florals were gorgeous. Our add-ons were amazing, and our guests LOVED the photo booth that we added. The bartenders were wonderful, and kept the drinks flowing all night without issue. Everyone left saying it was a "perfect wedding", even the hard-to-impress ones. Brookshire was truly worth every dollar spent.

Brookshire caught our attention when searching for venues for their beautiful ceremony outdoor space and the all inclusive aspects of the venue. Both of those impressed us throughout the whole wedding planning process and afterwards when seeing our wedding photos. Kira was our amazing coordinator through Brookshire and she was very easy to communicate with and helped us plan the details for our big day. Leading up to it and on the day of we felt confident that with her and the staff everything would run smoothly. With Brookshire being all-inclusive it was very easy to pick out the details we wanted regarding cake, centerpieces, linens, food/drink, dj and more because Brookshire had all of those vendors booked for us. We just got to tell each vendor our ideas and then they took care of the work making it come to life at Brookshire. We were glad we could also bring some personal touches into Brookshire and have the coordinators help us arrange those. All of our guests were impressed with the food quality, the outdoor and indoor space along with the smoothness of how the wedding day ran. We truly got to enjoy our day as Brookshire was very organized and made sure our day was just how we wanted it to be. Thank you for the attention to detail, open communication and great staff making it our best day ever!

After the deposit, your next payment is due approximately one month from the time of booking. You will then have subsequent payments due up until your event with the last payment due at your final appointment one month prior to your event.

If you have your ceremony at Brookshire, you are guaranteed one hour for your rehearsal. This time cannot be confirmed until 30 days prior to your wedding due to other events. It is the responsibility of your officiant to orchestrate your rehearsal.

5 hours are included in your package. 8 hours are included with your package with an added ceremony.

Yes! The entire day is yours to use.

Yes! You will be invited to attend a “Vendor Preview”. This will be more than a menu tasting as you will also try a variety of cake samples, sip on cocktails, and view sample centerpiece designs!
