About this venue

Once the site of a summer camp, The Brook offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to go beyond planning events, and start creating experiences. This 180 acres includes lush forests, tranquil groves and, you guessed it, a stunning brook winding throughout. The Brook offers a range of on-site lodging options and activities, guaranteed to leave you with memories that last a lifetime. Although no longer a summer camp, we still strive to provide that same exciting, carefree getaway vibe for all of our guests. While only 30 miles from Columbus, we encourage you to leave your worries behind, enjoy our secluded slice of paradise and fully immerse yourself in The Brook! In the end, The Brook’s mission is - "to create captivating experiences by accentuating the beautiful features of nature and people...and have a lot fun doing it!"

The Chapel

Nestled in a grove up soaring trees, the chapel provides the perfect natural backdrop for your most special moment!

The chapel provides functionality in a concrete sitting area, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and breathtaking natural scenery. While not the only place to have your ceremony, the chapel provides the type of setting you, and your guests, won't soon forget.

    I wanted to get married barefoot in the woods and our anniversary is in March. Everyone thought I was crazy but The Brook was willing to work with me to make that dream come true. We had plenty of backup plans but didn't need them. The cabins were incredibly convenient for family and guests and really nicely done. The firepit became a huge focal point-we had our rehearsal dinner over a campfire and the night after the ceremony stayed up late chatting with family around the fire. It brought back so many childhood memories of doing the same growing up. And being able to include our dog was extra special. The brookside spot was the most incredible pictureseque view and we have the most amazing photos!

    The Brook was an exceptional wedding venue that exceeded our expectations in every way. From their fast, thorough, and clear communication style, to the gorgeous, well-kept, and meticulously planned out details, Steven and Chloe truly went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. When our cake topper broke, Chloe even drove to the store to grab super glue and fixed it for us on the spot - such a thoughtful and caring gesture! They also surprised us with a lovely wedding gift, which was so kind and unexpected. We cannot recommend The Brook highly enough to any couple looking for a superior venue with an incredible staff that will ensure your wedding day is everything you dreamed of and more.

    I don’t even know where to start with how wonderful the Brook is. From the gorgeous forest setting, to the option to stay onsite for the weekend, the ability to use the many versatile spaces, to the full suite of amenities for an excellent price, they really have it all. So many of our guests said that our August 3 2024 wedding was one of the most beautiful that they’ve ever been to, and that was definitely because of the Brook! Besides the beautiful setting and many amenities, the Brook team is some of the best of the best. It is a true family business. They were so responsive throughout the entire process, answering any and all questions we had across almost 2 years of wedding planning. During the weekend we were married, we truly could enjoy ourselves because the Brook’s team had everything covered. We are so grateful to all of the wonderful folks at the Brook, and will always treasure the memories of our time there.

    My husband and I fell in love with this venue last year and I instantly knew we were going to get married here. The venue is beautiful and we loved how it looked. It fit so well with our theme and it was everything we could ask for. If you’re looking for a venue with beautiful outdoor views with great spaces, this is the place to get married at! 10/10 recommend!
