About this venue

Our wedding services and settings are very different from the typical wedding and reception facility. At Arrowhead Acres, you choose the setting -- traditional or rustic. We offer the formal setting of our beautiful Banquet Room, and the informal setting of our gorgeous Chapel-In-The-Pines, Rustic Country Barn Area, and Park Pavilion. Although many of the wedding ceremonies and receptions held at Arrowhead Acres are traditional, we welcome non-traditional wedding themes.

Our Banquet Hall is the perfect place for a formal wedding ceremony and reception. The hall encompasses 7,000 sq. ft. and has a 350-person maximum. It is an all-season country club type facility, heated and air-conditioned for your guests' comfort.

Rustic Country Barn Area Pavilion

For an informal wedding ceremony or reception, choose our 2,000 sq. ft. seasonal fresh air facility. This pavilion accommodates 125 guests with a dance floor and is perfect for late spring through early fall weddings.

    The venue was gorgeous, but definitely not worth the extremely high price. For us the main reason we chose this venue is for the chapel where our ceremony took place, but if it rains the day of your wedding you don’t even get to use the chapel, so it was kind of a gamble. The staff that is there for the rehearsal and day of wedding are very kind and do a great job helping out and keeping the anxiety down, but it seemed like there was a major lack of communication between the owner and them. Overall, it was a beautiful venue and perfect for us, but if you’re conscious of budget, it might not be a good fit for you.

    We agree with Katrina’s assessment of our facility being “Gorgeous” but not that it is “extremely high priced”. If that were true, why did she book the venue a year before? Our prices are lower than any of the competition. Chapel in the Pines $800 (includes 3 ceremony coordinators, a 1 hour rehearsal, 2 bridge photo areas, PA/Music sound system, seating for up to 300, floral décor, and parking attendants). The Chapel is available rain or shine with inside backup in front of a beautiful fireplace provided at no additional charge (Bride chooses ceremony location up to 5 minutes before). Reception banquet hall $2625 for up to 125 guests (maximum capacity of 350) Included are floral wall décor, host/hostess, parking attendants, heat/AC, tables, chairs, PA/Music sound system, new restrooms, and an 85’ deck. Also included, is a huge dance floor in front of a beautiful fireplace. Katrina participated in 14 emails with the owner and all of them had the coordinators copied – no lack of communication. Katrina chose to serve her guests using a Potluck Option that contained items that conflicted with the bar service liquor liability insurance. The subject of that misunderstanding was never discussed beforehand, and became the root of this negative review.

    This venue is GORGEOUS. The owners and staff were so kind. The value for what you pay is beyond worth it!! The banquet hall is huge, the outdoor ceremony area is so beautiful without adding any decorations and the fire pit outside was such a fun touch!!
