Hello...my name is April and I am the owner of Your Perfect Day! I started this business in 2009 to allow couples to book with one company that offers multiple services. We offer wedding planning, day of coordination, decorations, chair covers, farm house tables, backdrops and dark wood chairs.

Where do I even begin with APRIL?! If you are lucky enough to work with her, just know you’re in the absolute BEST hands. April is the wedding coordinator every bride dreams of—organized beyond belief, calm under pressure, and somehow always three steps ahead of everything. I had zero stress at all with wedding planning and I strongly believe it’s all because of her!!! From our very first meeting, April made me feel so supported and excited about the planning process. She truly listened to our vision and then brought it to life in a way that blew me away. Every detail was flawlessly executed—and so many of those stunning details came from her incredible decor collection, which made everything even easier. Being able to rent decor directly through her was an absolute game-changer. Not only was everything beautiful and cohesive, but it also saved us so much time and stress. She had everything from candles and signage to table settings and backdrops—and she styled it all to perfection. On the actual wedding day, April was the calm in the chaos. I didn’t have to lift a finger or answer a single question—she had it all handled. From coordinating vendors to managing the timeline to making sure every chair was in place, she was everywhere all at once, making sure everything ran smoothly. My bridal party and family kept saying, “April is amazing!”—and they were so right. She’s got the heart, the hustle, and the creative eye to make your wedding day not just beautiful, but stress-free and joy-filled. April isn’t just a coordinator; she’s a total wedding fairy godmother. Hiring her was hands down one of the best decisions we made. If you’re considering working with April—stop thinking and just DO IT. You will be so thankful you did. Thank you, April, for everything! You made our day more perfect than I ever thought possible.

We couldn’t recommend April and Your Perfect Day enough for any decorating needs for your wedding! They provided all the chairs for our ceremony, swag for the ceiling above our dance floor, greenery behind our sweetheart table, table number holders, donut wall, and cupcake display holder. Everything was set up on time, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. April was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our questions and changes we made throughout the planning process. They were setting up the morning before our wedding and we were able to meet them. They were so sweet and made sure everything looked how we envisioned. Definitely use them for your wedding!

You will NOT be disappointed to have April and her team for your big day. From the first meeting with April, to her monthly email checklists, she helped me feel so much more at ease. The day of the wedding, we received terrible news in the morning. April and our other coordinator Rayann immediately sprung into action to help us figure out a plan B for our ceremony officiant. They handled everything with such grace and professionalism. April- you truly helped make our day perfect. My mom’s favorite thing to hear from the venue was “oh April’s got it” thank you so much for everything. Cannot recommend enough!
