We are a mother daughter team who treat you like family. With over 173 weddings under us. Once you book with us we start helping just not day of. Helping develop timelines, reminders of where we need to be in the process. Reviewing contracts. Day of we are there for set up, clean up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track. Take the stress off of you. Need errands ran that day we have you covered. You always get 2 coordinators on the day of your wedding. We have no time caps. We have expanded and are taking more weddings with our 5 star team of 6.

We are there to help take stress off of you and family. We start from day 1 with you not just day of so we get to know you and your vision. We also offer decor items from arches to candles and more that you can borrow for free when you book with us. we can buss tables and clean up during the night. we do several calls. In our showroom you can set up mock tables and use our inventory. We are a mother/daughter team who bring passion and love. you are family not clients. We start from day one when you reserve your date. Helping find all vendors and joining the calls with you to help you ask all the right questions. We help with set up, tear down and timeline on the day of the wedding and serve as your go to person

this is a 2 day package we help with planning from time of booking to day of. we help with rehearsal, set up, tear down, bussing, errands and free use of our inventory

Your day of starts the day you save the date with us we are not just day of coordinators we hold several meetings via zoom or calls -Setup/teardown of ceremony/reception -Unlimited communication via email/phone -Timeline creation -Help with seating chart -Vendor confirmations -Day of contact for vendors - -Use of our standard decor. $875 plus travel fee Add bussing to pkg for $140 extra

    From the moment we booked Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinator, Connie and her team were the epitome of professionalism and organization. Their communication was always prompt, helpful, and reassuring throughout the entire wedding planning process. On the day of our wedding, Connie and her team executed flawlessly, setting up and tearing down every single detail so that my husband and I could fully enjoy our special day. When a catering disaster struck, Connie stepped in and essentially did the caterer's job, ensuring that we remained happy and stress-free. The value and quality of Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinator's work was truly unparalleled - they were simply the best wedding coordinators we could have asked for.

    From the moment we booked Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinator, Connie and Justine were a dream to work with. Their communication was quick, caring, and thoughtful throughout the entire planning process. On the day of our wedding, they went above and beyond to ensure everything flowed seamlessly. They went above and beyond for us and worked within our budget staying the entire night. When I forgot my shoes, Justine even offered the ones off her feet! They also expertly handled a few difficult guests. Thanks to Beautiful Crazy, our wedding day was truly perfect from start to finish.

    Working with Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinator was an absolute pleasure. Their communication style was excellent and professional from our very first meeting. They were extremely thorough and paid close attention to every detail, ensuring our wedding day ran seamlessly. The team arrived early to set up and didn't leave until everything was broken down at the end of the night. We even had an issue with the caterer, but Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinator handled it with complete calmness and kept everything running smoothly. Their hard work and expertise truly made our special day perfect. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

    Connie and Justine are FABULOUS - hiring them as our coordinators was the best money we spent for our wedding BY FAR. The questions they asked in the months leading up to our wedding were the things that saved us from stress in the days and hours leading up to and during the day itself. They are so generous in sharing their experience in how things run smoothly, and it meant we could just enjoy the day! I felt so protected from stress and cared for during the entire wedding planning process and day-of. All of this would be worth their fee, but on top of their planning and coordination experience, they offer their decor inventory for use. WOW. Planning our wedding from California, I was worried about how we would procure and set up decorations -- but when I found Connie and Justine and learned about their vast collection of decorations, chargers for rent, candle vases, cake stands, signs... I couldn't believe our luck! Our tables looked so gorgeous and we didn't have to spend a dime. We visited their awesome showroom and Justine set up the tables exactly how we wanted them, and they looked somehow even more incredible on the day. As someone who is passionate about sustainability, I really admire how Connie and Justine have reused so much decor, accents, and signage time and time again. The wedding industry, while it supports so much love and happiness, is full of excess/waste, and Connie and Justine are single-handedly combatting that with their vast inventory that couples can use time and time again. I felt so good to know that we didn't create single-use waste for our wedding. If I could do it over again, booking Beautiful Crazy would be the FIRST thing I did for the wedding. Aside from marrying my husband, it's the choice I'm most confident about. Love you both!!!!
