Ellie was the perfect wedding planner for us. Yes! We will help you plan every event from your surprise proposal to your bridal shower to your bachelorette to your big day! We are there for you from day one!

A wedding planner is involved from the start, assisting with planning every detail. A day-of coordinator steps in closer to the wedding date to manage the final details and ensure everything goes as planned on the big day.

Ideally, 12 months before your wedding date for full planning services. For day-of coordination, we recommend booking 1 month in advance.

As involved as you’d like! Some couples prefer to handle the creative aspects while leaving logistics to us, while others want hands-on guidance throughout.

Yes! We have up to 3 total team members that will assist you on your wedding day - may it be day-of coordination, partial planning, or full service planning & design!

We do not! We keep a solid one wedding per weekend schedule!

For weddings located more than 40 miles from Mansfield, OH, we charge a travel fee of $0.67 per mile (round trip). If the event location is 1.5 hours or more away, we also require overnight accommodations with a minimum hotel fee of $150. We’ll always give you a heads-up about any travel-related costs and aim to keep things as simple and reasonable as possible.
