You need a wing woman
My one piece of wedding advice? Book Lucy FIRST! We got in touch and we were a good fit, so I signed the contract about a year out and it was the single best choice I made. Lucy fielded all my wild etiquette questions and handled my anxieties with grace. It was a zero-judgment relationship. Lucy laid out weddings like a menu to take or leave elements as we pleased: “some people do a cake cutting. Some people do a bouquet toss. Some people assign speeches. What appeals to YOU?” Etc. Lucy respected our budget and helped us decide where to add or subtract. “Yes, you could afford a DJ if you do grocery store flowers.” She helped us find vendors within our budget (delicious catering!) and took over communication with them all to ensure a smooth day-of. Lucy walked us calmly through rehearsal so that on the big day it was low stress. She and Sarah were super gregarious and on top of it. They secretly tidied while we partied- every detail handled, whether foreseen or not. If you don’t know what you don’t know- hire Lucy. If you think you got this? Heck yeah! A wingwoman never hurts- hire Lucy.
Best wedding service
Out of all the services and companies we hired for our wedding, wingwoman was by far the best decision we made. Lucy and her team handled everything on our big day. From coordinating catering, shuttles, cake, DJ to keeping all the guest on schedule for the ceremony, dinner, photos, and much more. She and her team even made sure all our table decorations were set up and layed out perfectly. She was great to work with and always had great energy. I can’t recommend her enough.

Not living near the wedding venue, I relied on her to fulfill our daughter's dream wedding, and she worked her magic effortlessly. Confident in Lucy's experience, she and our daughter and fiancé laid out the vision, and the process was clear and executed seamlessly from our point of view. Working hand in hand with the venue's wedding coordinator, our weekend was thoroughly enjoyed by all, thanks to Wingwoman Weddings' visionary work.

Wingwoman Weddings is truly OUTSTANDING. Our vision for our wedding was not only brought to life—it was executed flawlessly and exceeded every expectation we had. The days leading up to the big day were completely stress-free and genuinely enjoyable, all thanks to Lucy. From start to finish, she handled everything with precision, professionalism, and heart. Lucy was incredibly attentive to detail during the planning process and throughout the wedding day itself. She and her team went above and beyond in ways we didn’t even know we needed. One standout example: our dog was lovingly cared for all night—let out regularly, fed, and showered with attention. Lucy even offered to take her home at the end of the night. She anticipated and prevented every potential stressor—whether it was smoothing over family tensions, managing last-minute logistics, handling delivery issues, or helping us navigate planning as a couple. I honestly don’t know everything that happened behind the scenes to make the day run so smoothly, but I know Lucy had it all under control. She brings a unique balance of warmth and fun energy while staying firm and focused when it counts. Her professionalism, calm presence, and thoughtful touches made all the difference. I can’t recommend her highly enough. We are beyond grateful.
