My name is Hanna, and I have been immersed in the event world since 2021. During the last 4 years of servicing the event and wedding space, I have learned the ins and outs on executing a smooth running and organized event. My promise to you for your wedding day is to ensure clear communication from start to finish, to always meet you with positivity and kindness, advocate for you, and ensure that you feel like a guest at your own wedding!
With a background in event management and a passion for creating a stress-free planning experience, I bring a calm, confident presence to each wedding day. I don't just manage timelines + vendors communication, I advocate for your vision, solve problems, and bring a fun, positive energy to the process. I truly love what I do. Being a wedding planner allows me to build real relationships with couples so I can fully understand their vision and bring it to life with the same care and intention the couple has.

Fantastic Wedding Planner! Book Hanna
Hiring Hanna was hands down one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. From our first meeting, she felt like a long-time friend, someone who was genuinely invested in making our wedding day as special and seamless as possible. She was responsive, thoughtful, open to ideas, and committed to bringing our vision to life and having fun while doing so! Hanna brought so much knowledge and insight into both the planning process and the day-of execution. Her expertise saved us from so much stress and often anticipated our needs or solved problems before we even knew they existed. We had two locations for our wedding day, and Hanna managed everything with absolute ease. When a slight hiccup happened, the bride (me) lost her phone the night before, which held most of the inspo and notes, she didn’t even flinch. She handled the day with such grace, professionalism, and calm that we were able to just enjoy every moment without stress. Hanna also made sure we always had food and drinks in hand, which meant so much to us, she even got us leftover boxes of food which we were extra grateful for the following day. I originally hesitated about hiring a month-of coordinator, but once we brought Hanna on, it was crystal clear we had made the right choice. Our day truly wouldn’t have been the same without her. Hanna, thank you for being such a lovely human and such a talented coordinator. We are endlessly grateful for you!

As a self-proclaimed "Type A" person and a natural planner, the first thing I told Hanna was that my main goal was to feel like a guest at my own wedding. She 100% delivered on that promise! Hanna's attention to detail is elite; she anticipated every single thing. Our family and wedding party especially loved the detailed timeline she created, which was easy for everyone to reference and follow throughout the day. 10000/10!!! Hanna is an actual wedding angel. She kept us on track and was super communicative in the lead up to the wedding, and on the day-of she ensured everything went super smoothly.
