We could NOT have done our wedding without Janella at Vinella Events. We were looking for a day-of coordinator because we thought it would help us enjoy our day and focus on celebrating with each other and our guests. We had that and more in working with Janella, and I am so thankful she made our wedding day as successful as it was. Janella came recommended to us by our venue, and we first met with her about 4 months before our wedding and went with her 6-week coordination package. We originally just wanted someone to help only for the day of the wedding, but this absolutely was a better deal because she came with us to our venue meetings, helped coordinate our timeline, asked insightful questions for things we never would have even thought of, went through our ceremony with me, and helped me feel SO much more prepared before the wedding through meetings and just being a resource. She helped us run an efficient rehearsal prior to the wedding and coordinated with me so that we would have all of the set-up and items how I wanted them for our wedding day. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond in her role. She set up all of our decor, helped facilitate transportation of items, executed the timeline and adapted when things went off time (and importantly, did all of this seamlessly so that myself and the guests didn’t notice), created back-up plans when there were issues with other vendors, coordinated set-up with other vendors, ran to get my lipstick from another room for photos, and too many other things behind the scenes that I didn’t even have to know about because I was able to trust her to tackle them. I had multiple compliments from family members and friends about how organized she was and how kind she was, and she made a 270-person wedding flow seamlessly. She ultimately gave us the ability to just ENJOY the day without having to answer questions or worry about things going on that day. I am so thankful for Janella and would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything, Janella!

We got engaged in November and were married 8 months later in July. We were recommended to hire Janella as our planner/coordinator to help ease the stress of our expedited timeline. She was everything we could have asked for and more!!! Janella is warm, organized, and really seems to enjoy her career of making couple's dream weddings come to life. 11/10 person and professional!

We recently worked alongside Vinella Events for a wedding this past weekend. As a wedding florist i work with a lot of planners and day of coordinators, and i have to say...Janella and her team stood out among the rest. Their willingness to help out blew me away, We had a large smilax hanging installation to complete...and lets just say that it took us a bit longer than anticipated. Janella and her team worked with us and not against us, to ensure that everything was perfect for our couple :) Not only did they support the couple all day and do lots of set up, they also helped direct and assist other vendors to ensure that everything was complete before their first look in the reception space. Hiring a day of coordinator/planner is so essential for a stress free and smooth wedding day. You'll be in great hands with Janella and her tem. Not only are they passionate about what they do, their attention to detail is incredible! Hire Vinella Events for your wedding day :) You wont be dissapointed.

I worked with Janella on a gala for a non-profit organization. She went above and beyond all expectations to ensure the event went off without a hitch. She managed the timeline and all parties involved perfectly leading up to the event and the end result was amazing. She thought of every detail to take the experience to the next level for all attendees. I highly recommend Vinella Events - you will not be disappointed! She is a joy to work with!
