Anyone can present a great image online—even a wedding coordinator. I truly believe Sanjam has little to no experience coordinating weddings, and it showed in her lack of professionalism and the energy she brought to the day. The bride went above and beyond, creating a detailed binder and labeling every box to make things as simple and foolproof as possible. I thought that level of preparation would ensure a smooth event—but I was wrong. Despite all the planning, we arrived less than two hours before the ceremony to find things half done. When asked about the status of key tasks, Sanjam simply said she’d been there since 10 a.m.—which didn’t explain the disorganization. She had spent the entire morning calling the bride with questions that could have been answered by simply reviewing the binder provided. Tables were misplaced, décor was set up incorrectly—even upside down—and fragile items were being handled carelessly. Tensions rose, and unfortunately, her unprofessionalism became more apparent when she reacted defensively instead of taking accountability. It even got to the point where her assistant had to step in and calm her down. No bride should have to manage her own wedding while it’s happening, especially after hiring someone to do exactly that. As a bride myself, witnessing this was incredibly eye-opening. I do not recommend booking with her—you will likely end up disappointed and out a lot of money.

  • Incredibly unprofessional. !DO NOT HIRE!

This woman acted like she’s never put together a wedding before. The bride created a binder that told her step by step of what to do with pictures and she still didn’t execute that for the day of! She called the bride the morning of as she is getting ready for her big day saying she didn’t know where to put certain things even though she had the binder. This coordinator also didn’t want the binder the bride created for her until right before the wedding day. In her explanation above she says that her clients get direct access to her. Half the time no one could find her during set up. When the bridal party showed up to the venue they had to put together and fix everything she did and didn’t do. While the bridal party is fixing everything she is standing around taking pictures of herself with her assistant… She then proceeded to tell the mother of the bride that she can fix the reception tables herself. Then she began to yell at the mother of the bride and then lunged at the brides brother and her assistant had to hold her back. It was Unbelievably unprofessional. Then she went to find the bride, who is taking her solo pictures to complain to her that her feelings are hurt and she needs to leave and take a break… mind you the bridal party is still putting things together at this time because she still hasn’t finished her job. She breached her contract, left the wedding, and the wedding guests had to clean everything up. For everyone’s sake and sanity do not hire Sanjam!

The service that was provided yesterday was unimaginable. Binders photos were given so Sanjam so she knew the brides vision. Upon arriving items were not set up correctly. Example- the cocktail tables had linens on them but the fabric wasn’t stretched down over the legs of the table. Candle holders were upside down…. Even worse, Sanjam lashed out at a few of the bridal party members and mother of the bride. I was shocked at what I was hearing/seeing. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and not acting how a wedding coordinator should be acting. She was asked to LEAVE (this was 30 minutes before the ceremony started). As she was leaving her partner she was with literally had to hold her back. Again I was extremely shocked at what I was witnessing. If you take anything after reading this review please consider this. DO NOT HIRE SANJAM.

Oshin Events was an absolute nightmare to work with for our wedding. Their communication style was absolutely awful - they were rude, unprofessional, and left 30 minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle, causing total chaos. I would be so sad to have anyone use these people for their wedding, as the quality of their work was extremely poor and they provided zero value. The worst decision we made was hiring Oshin Events, and I strongly advise anyone looking for a wedding planner to steer clear of this company at all costs.
