I’m Sadie, and I’m an expert wedding planner who’s been designing weddings and planning events of all types since I first started in 1999 in San Diego. Now I’m a full time wedding planner and lead floral and event designer for my boutique planning business since 2017.
I don’t plan redundant events or partner with only a few venues. I plan and design weddings of all sizes and types anywhere in Oregon, California or Washington. Although I have a team by my side on your wedding day, when you work with Vareus you get the benefit of knowing you will work directly with me throughout your planning process and on your big day.

ASAP. We offer our free collaborative planning tools to all of our planning clients. We also offer vendor recommendations and advice by email or text. You don’t have to wait to use our available services just because most of this plan is finalized the month before-your wedding day.
No! We not only freelance for other florists or only offer floral designs for done of our clients, we also offer support for planning couples who are DIYing of hiring other florists. You can add flowers to any planning package without minimums required.
This isn’t typically cost effective. You are better off upgrading to partial planning than paying hourly rates as an add on.
