We guide your budget, recommend and manage vendors, review contracts, design layouts and décor, and attend walkthroughs and rehearsals. With unlimited consultations and planning tools, you’ll feel supported every step of the way. On your wedding day, a lead planner and assistant provide full-day coordination, styling, and seamless execution. | Our most popular package is designed for couples who have made key decisions but want expert guidance to bring everything together. We provide planning support in the months leading up to your wedding with vendor communication, design and layout guidance, timeline creation, and rehearsal leadership. Best Money We Spent
Hiring HeartBeat Events was the best money we spent on our wedding. Rhiannon was quick and responsive throughout the planning process. She was always on top of everything. As a control freak myself, I had a hard time relinquishing control, but she made it so easy to put my trust into someone. On the day of the event she was 5 steps ahead of everything. When some family members acted out, she handled them amazingly and professionally. She made sure everything at the wedding went how it should and made sure that we were happy and content the entire time. We highly recommend using HeartBeat Events for your wedding, you will not regret it.

Heartbeat Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding clients. Their communication style was organized, on time, and clear - they made sure we were always informed and prepared. The quality of their work and value was top-notch, as they were efficient, prepared, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. When we had to move the wedding indoors due to rain, their team worked tirelessly to ensure the day still went smoothly. They even helped us dry off chairs and other items that had to be moved inside.
