| Description | Our most inclusive package offers full support from the moment you say “yes” until your grand exit. We guide your budget, recommend and manage vendors, review contracts, design layouts and décor, and attend walkthroughs and rehearsals. With unlimited consultations and planning tools, you’ll feel supported every step of the way. On your wedding day, a lead planner and assistant provide full-day coordination, styling, and seamless execution. | Our most popular package is designed for couples who have made key decisions but want expert guidance to bring everything together. We provide planning support in the months leading up to your wedding with vendor communication, design and layout guidance, timeline creation, and rehearsal leadership. On the big day, we deliver full coordination so every detail flows seamlessly while you and your loved ones celebrate. | Perfect for couples who have done the planning but need a professional to step in and bring it all together. The Best Coordinator You Could Ask For!
We truly cannot say enough good things about Rhiannon and Heartbeat Events. She was absolutely indispensable throughout the entire planning process and the day of our wedding. Her knowledge, organization, and attention to detail are unmatched, and she genuinely cares about making sure every couple’s vision comes to life. Because of Rhiannon, our wedding was completely smooth, stress-free, and exactly what we dreamed of. She coordinated everything flawlessly, worked beautifully with our families and vendors, and made us feel completely at ease from start to finish. We honestly can’t imagine having pulled off our wedding without her. If you want your day to be perfect, you need Rhiannon on your team!

Heartbeat Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding clients. Their communication style was organized, on time, and clear - they made sure we were always informed and prepared. The quality of their work and value was top-notch, as they were efficient, prepared, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. When we had to move the wedding indoors due to rain, their team worked tirelessly to ensure the day still went smoothly. They even helped us dry off chairs and other items that had to be moved inside.
