At Urbanica Luxury Events, our Full-Service Wedding Planning service is designed for couples who want to savor every moment of their wedding journey without the stress of logistics.

As your Full-Service Wedding Coordinator, we take the reins at least 30 days prior to your wedding to ensure a seamless and stress-free coordination, allows you to be fully present while we manage your wedding details.

Our Partial Planning Service is provided for couples who need support in specific areas of wedding planning. This typically includes 2-4 of the services below:

From bouquets and boutonnieres to ceremony installations and reception centerpieces, we specialize in flowering micro weddings across South Florida.

    Urbanica Luxury Events was a dream come true to work with for our wedding. We are northerners, and from the very beginning, the communication style was easy and seamless. Rachell managed to coordinate with our venue and all our vendors on our behalf, all we had to do was show up. She's efficient, incredibly organized and we never had to worry about a thing. There was no sweat or tears, just pure joy, thanks to her eye for detail and professionalism. Would recommend again and again and again.
