Assistance in finding the perfect venue and vendors, creating guest lists, timelines, event design, and day-of coordination can all be looked after with ease.

We got you!! :) Owner and lead planner, Gina, has spent 3 years spent working for WW and 12 years in the event industry, including managing Disney Events, which makes her exceptionally knowledgeable, insightful, and your perfect partner in planning!

    Hiring Gina to be our planner was the first wedding decision we made and the best one! I cannot recommend working with her enough! Gina helped us put together a dream team of vendors, she was there for every question, every step of the way and most importantly helped us put on the MOST INCREDIBLE WEDDING EVERRRRR! We worked with Gina for a little over a year in our planning process and she was consistently on her game and just a pleasure to have in our lives. Gina made sure we were staying on task getting things done so we never felt overwhelmed. She took the pressure off by helping to narrow down vendors, setting up appointments, giving recs and just cut down on the hundreds of hours of research this would've taken on our own to do. She was clearly known and trusted by other vendors in the community and they all raved about working with her. When it came time for the wedding itself, Gina knocked it out of the park. She also brought Alexis as a day of coordinator to help who was fantastic to work with. Alexis made sure our rehearsal went off so smoothly and efficiently and was a reliable second set of hands on the wedding day. Throughout our time together, Gina made sure to get to know us as a couple, what made us comfortable, what our vibe was and that was so clear on our big day. Rain caused us to have a last minute change of our ceremony from outside to inside and she helped all the vendors to flip the space in record time. She decided what questions needed to come to me and which ones I didn't need to be bothered with because it would unnecessarily stress me out. As a bride, this was so important. We told Gina we wanted our wedding to be a giant dance party start to finish and her creative ideas and timeline helped us deliver just that. Gina went above and beyond, helping one of my bridesmaid's fix her hair at the last minute, finding us the most unique props for our dance floor (hello robot dinosaurs!) and even helped us to quietly remove a guest from the party who had had too much. Gina is THAT GIRL that every couple should have by their side at the wedding. She is so versatile, working with couples with a variety of tastes and styles and can fit in with any group. Our friends and family were all raving about her and we want to have another wedding, just to work with her again!

    Gina and Lucid Events was an absolute life saver! We had a bit of family drama that ultimately led us to ditch our already planned wedding in Michigan and start from scratch in Florida. As a medical provider I didn’t have the energy or time to plan a wedding again. Gina was amazing from the start! She was realistic with budget expectations and planning timeline! She set up venue tours for us and vendor meetings! Leading up to the wedding I was not stressed at all because I knew Gina was on top of everything! Her expertise really came into play the week of our wedding. We had a family member that was hospitalized. Gina took over and handled everything from calling vendors last minute, to making timelines for our bridal party, and corralling our very large and loud families at the rehearsal! My mother who doesn’t give out compliments very easily was floored by all of Gina’s hard work and how amazing the wedding was! We couldn’t have done it without her and Lucid Events! I highly recommend Gina for a stress free wedding planning experience!

    There truly are not enough words to express how grateful I am for everything Gina did to make our day so magical. From the very beginning of the planning process (which spanned nearly three years!), she was there for me every single step of the way. No detail was ever too small, no question ever too silly—she was always one step ahead, calm, thoughtful, and ready with a solution before I even realized I needed one. She coordinated seamlessly with every single vendor, kept everything organized and on track, and made what could have been a stressful process feel completely manageable—and even fun. Her communication was constant and reassuring, and I always felt like I had someone in my corner who genuinely cared about making our day perfect. On the wedding weekend itself, she was an absolute rock star. From early morning until the last guest left, she handled every behind-the-scenes detail with grace and precision so that I could be fully present and just enjoy the day. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing—and that peace of mind is something I’ll never forget. Not only is she an exceptional planner, but she became a true friend throughout the process. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. If you are lucky enough to work with her, know you’re in the best possible hands. She made our dream wedding a reality, and I’ll be forever thankful.

    I cannot recommend Gina enough! She was so on top of everything. She regularly checked in with us and made sure we were on schedule for an entire year leading up to our wedding, and I oftentimes forgot she had clients other than us because she was so attentive. Any time there was a problem with a vendor, Gina was swooping in to save the day. She got us upgrades with our hotel and truly had our best interest in mind throughout this entire process. I cannot imagine planning a wedding without her, she was such a huge help. I remember as I was arm and arm with my father, about to walk down the aisle I heard a baby start screaming (despite instructing guests that this was a child-free wedding). It was my turn to walk and I said, "Gina wait! there's a baby crying" and I'll never forget, she said "Don't worry, I put it in the elevator! You're good!" (with it's parent of course lol) One of the best decisions I made for my wedding was choosing Lucid events.
