Q: Do you take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend?

depending on if there small elopements yes, for large weddings I mostly do 1 maybe 2 per day. brides can request to be the only event. speak to me when booking

Q: What deposit is required to reserve?

Depending on the services you're looking for we will discuss what payment is needed to reserve the date. All payments are non refundable

Q: What happens if our wedding is cancelled or we move?

All payments and deposits are non refundable but are transferable to another bride or groom.

Q: do you offer services for destination weddings

yes. minimum $500 travel fee will be added. we can discuss this depending on the locations.

Q: Refund process

Unfortunately I do not offer any refunds for any services. If a wedding is cancelled there is no refunds only credits to be used another time. Payment is not only about the time spent working or not. When you book and reserve a date with me I remove that date from my available dates and lose leads for those days or have to turn down other job offers. which is a loss for my company. If you decide for any reason to cancel or no longer use my services there will be no refunds only credit.

Alex was just so sweet simply the best planner we could have hired. She was available all the time like literally 24/7 (minus the holidays of course) and even then if she needed to speak to us she was there 100% even while she was on vacation! We love the fact that we are a same sex couple and from day one she never cared or questioned anything. When interviewing other planners we were asked "are you a gay couple" or other odd questions but alex just got it from the beginning. She treated us as if we were family and helped us save SO MUCH FRICKIN MONEY LIKE OMG I LOVE IT!! Thank you again alex you are the bomb dot com hun love you tons!

Alexandra worked with us during the planning process and then she had one of her coordinators work the acutal wedding rehearsal and the wedding day and she had everything so organized and ready for them on the day of. During the actual wedding day Alex constantly checked in with vendors, me and jose to make sure everything was running smoothly. The organization and professionalism was great her staff is friendly and great to work with also and their presentation and attire was very nice also. Highly recommend working with Alexandra and her team.

Originally everything started off fine. She wanted the full amount upfront but we were hesitant and only gave her a deposit. We reached out before the wedding to touch base we had received an automated message in Zola that they are now unable to work with us and when we reached out they claimed that because they had sent an email (that went straight to spam) that we did not respond to a week or so earlier that they had to cancel on us. What kind of reputable vendor only sends an email when we were communicating in Zola and they had our phone number? Now we’re out of our money and are scrambling to find a last-minute vendor days before our wedding.
