We’re two friends based in sunny San Diego, and we’re passionate about turning your dream wedding into a reality. While we call the West Coast home, we love traveling across the country to help couples create unforgettable celebrations. From the big decisions to the tiniest details, we can’t wait to be a part of your planning journey and make your special day as magical as possible. What sets us apart from other wedding coordinators is our unique background as school counselors. While we’re experts in wedding planning, we also bring the skills and mindset of counselors to every event. Our calming presence, problem-solving abilities, and genuine passion for helping others allow us to handle any challenges that come our way with ease. Whether it’s navigating unexpected hurdles or simply ensuring everything runs smoothly, our ability to stay composed and focused helps keep your big day stress-free. Amazing amazing amazing!
Timeless Ties was an exceptional wedding planning team to work with. From the moment we met with Kate, their communication was clear, kind, and made us feel completely at ease. Throughout the planning process, they were incredibly helpful, approachable, and hardworking - truly can't imagine how the day would have run without Kate! Anytime we had a question or needed anything, she was right on it. As someone who has worked at and been in many weddings, I can say Kate was truly exceptional and a joy for the bridal party to work with. We are so grateful to Timeless Ties for helping make our special day perfect.
All around fantastic
Kate did such a great job to help make everything run perfectly on my best friends wedding day!! Service was bad so she was running around face timing us on the WiFi making sure everything worked smoothly for us. She took photos / videos during the ceremony so bride could have them night of. She was so great and helpful to all of us involved with the wedding and just all around fantastic. 10/10

Day of coordinating
Kate was so easy and sweet to work with from the beginning and throughout. She was very communicative and flexible for our DIY needs and vision. Our wedding day was beautiful and memorable!
