While we call the West Coast home, we love traveling across the country to help couples create unforgettable celebrations. While we’re experts in wedding planning, we also bring the skills and mindset of counselors to every event. Our calming presence, problem-solving abilities, and genuine passion for helping others allow us to handle any challenges that come our way with ease. Wedding Necessity
Kate was incredible through the whole wedding process! We called a few times to go over the timeline and final logistics. The day of she was a machine. She didn’t forget a thing. I was so worried about letting someone else execute my vision as I’m very type A but she nailed it! Everything was set up just as we planned and even better. She handled all issues quietly so I could have a great day. She made me feel so comfortable and really hyped me up. She’s a great communicator and handled all the vendors with poise. I couldn’t have done it without her! Highly recommend Timeless Ties for all planning and day of needs!
Best coordinator in the business
Kate at Timeless Ties was my day-of coordinator, but she was present and involved every step of the way leading up to our wedding. Her communication was beyond on point - she was immaculate, articulate, and truly an amazing human being. Kate went above and beyond to make our special day better than we could have ever imagined. She handled and organized every aspect of the wedding, and connected with not only my husband and I, but also my 11-year-old daughter. I cannot express enough how kind, patient, and thoughtful Kate was throughout the entire process. She is quite literally the most amazing person I have ever met, and I am so grateful to have had her as part of our wedding journey. Best Day-Of Coordinator Ever!
Kate at Timeless Ties was amazing to work with as our day of wedding coordinator. Kate was always checking up on me and made sure to answer any questions I had - she was kind, determined, professional, confident, and enthusiastic throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the wedding, when it ended up raining and our ceremony was supposed to be outside, Kate quickly helped bring all of the chairs into the reception area to set up for an indoor ceremony. She was so dedicated to making our day as perfect as possible, and was incredibly attentive, always making sure my husband and I had everything we needed, even bringing us our food before anyone else ate. I highly recommend Kate and Timeless Ties as your day-of coordinators - they work so hard and are beyond kind, making you feel comfortable and confident on your big day!
