With extensive experience in event coordination and Catering Sales Management at both Marriott and Hilton Hotels & Resorts, we understand the intricacies of seamless event planning. Our diverse background also includes independently organizing and planning various weddings and events, showcasing our dedication and skills.

Nothing short of a miracle worker
Shelby is an absolute miracle worker and truly the heartbeat behind our wedding day. From the moment we started working together, she brought such a calm, confident presence that made every part of planning feel manageable. She’s the kind of person who stays cool under pressure, anticipates every possible hiccup, and handles it before you even realize something might go wrong. She came prepared for every scenario (and trust me, there were plenty!) and somehow still managed to answer my 800 questions with kindness and patience. Shelby asked about details I never would have thought of, and that level of thoughtfulness showed in how seamlessly our day unfolded. On the wedding day itself, she was everywhere at once—coordinating vendors, managing timelines, and making sure my husband and I could actually relax and enjoy the moment. My family and friends couldn’t stop raving about how professional, organized, and genuinely kind she was. Everyone noticed her magic touch. I truly cannot imagine our wedding happening without Shelby. She was the glue that held it all together, and I’ll forever be grateful for her dedication, grace, and expertise. If you’re lucky enough to have Shelby as your coordinator, you can rest easy knowing your day will be absolute perfection

Shelby made our day nothing short of perfect. I cannot recommend her highly enough! She was so thoughtful, kind, and good at her job. I am a very type A person, but it was so easy to trust her with our reception, friends, and family. Our celebration would not have been complete or gone as smoothly without her! If I could do it all again, I wouldn't change a single thing!

It was such a joy to work with Shelby! As a fellow vendor, I always appreciate when my couples have a strong and transparent planner and coordinator there to support them along the way. Despite the terrible weather on the wedding day, Shelby went above and beyond to make sure our couple got exactly what they wanted and things moved as smoothly as possible.
